I arrived early to be told “ I meant to telephone you yesterday to cancel your appointment but I forgot “ We don’t have enough staff today to honour your booking .Not good enough I drove from Leixlip . Wonderful stay holiday property exceeded our expectations. Aphrodite Rentals have an amazing team in Guest Relations Richard looked after us making for a smooth check in and out. We were provided with a departure lounge as check out was 10am and our flight was 9 pm. To shower ect. Katie messaged all information v professional . Cleanliness 👍 Customer Service 👍Meet & Greet👍Property Facilities👍Value for money 👍 Negative Having to leave 🥲

Not happy that when I cancelled a booking for travel in March 2022 that I would have to pay the 88.74 euro for a transfer from the airport to the hotel in view of the fact that I was cancelling 3 months before and obviously will not be availing of the transfer . I accept the payment for flights 184,32 are non refundable and . and accept I have to pay charges of 9.90 euro and then accept I pay an Admin fee for cancelling of 75 euro but feel it is not reasonable to expect me to pay 88.74 for Airport Transfer. Based on this I will not recommend
Loveholiday or use the site again .
