I had a few difficulties when I first started using the app, so I contacted customer support for help. I was fortunate to be assisted by Sam, who provided absolutely outstanding customer service.
Sam was incredibly friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. He took the time to answer every question I had and guided me through the issues step by step. His professionalism and dedication made a huge difference, and I truly appreciate the excellent support he provided.
As for the app itself, I am extremely impressed. The editing tools are powerful, easy to use, and packed with useful features. My favourite feature is the AI editing function, which allows me to use simple text prompts to edit videos and automatically add sound effects. It has made content creation so much faster, easier, and more enjoyable.
Overall, my experience has been fantastic. Excellent customer service, innovative AI features, and a very user-friendly platform. A big thank you to Sam and the entire team for creating such a wonderful app. Highly recommended!

The app is good, just not for what I need it for, but customer service by NATE was outstanding he understood my needs and helped me figure things out, great for people that would like to try and find out if it's something they want to use.

Great tool
I used Captions.ai for several months and I was genuinely impressed with the service. Very good application
This app has a lot of useful features that would take a lot of time for an editor to figure out on their own, but thanks to the app, you can achieve a modern, cool result in a short time! If you want to make your videos trendy and stand out, definitely try this app! The one thing that trips me up: the desktop and mobile versions feel like two separate accounts. Different content showing up, different logic, no clear explanation why. Not a dealbreaker, but it costs you time when you're mid-workflow.
