I'd been hearing great things about Captions, so I finally decided to give it a try, and I'm excited to start using it.

Before I could get started, I ran into an issue because my Apple account was using Apple's private email while I had signed up with a different email. My subscription wasn't showing up, and I couldn't figure out why.

Sam quickly identified the problem, explained that I had created two separate accounts by using different sign-in methods, and showed me exactly what to do. Once I logged in with the correct account, everything worked.

The support was fast, clear, and made the whole process easy. Thank you, Sam. I really appreciate your help.

I absolutely love this app and the customer support. I had an issue and literally within 10 min I had someone reach out and fixed my issue in 20 min which with all honesty I’ve never had such a fast fix with apps or electronics so I’m extremely a happy customer.

Does not sync across devices well. If you're editing on the web, don't expect to see your progress saved in the app. Not as many features online either, which is a shame.
