Thanks to Canles this has all been sorted. Now have relacement shoes after this conatcted me on here. Thank you.

I was very dubious over several areas regarding My purchase of Canles shoes. I was unsure about the style, the fit, and even the durability of the materials used in their construction.
I needn't have worried. As soon as I put them on, I knew they were perfect. The fit was unbelievable. Somehow, these incredibly light and seemingly fragile shoes, almost miraculously contoured themselves to the shape of My feet, and with only minimal contact they provided the same conviction as laces. I can honestly say that I have never enjoyed walking so much - it is an experience that has to be personally engaged to appreciate its sublime beauty - My words are totally insufficient!

I experienced top notch service when I ordered the incorrect size and needed an exchange.I have purchased often on line but am often left wondering why a company can't respond quickly to an email query. This company were great from start to finish by replying promptly, replacing the product quickly and keeping me in the loop. It is so rare to have service like this. I have made sure my friends know about this positive experience. Thank you.

The shoes are super cool — really strange-looking, incredibly comfortable, and super lightweight. I have no idea where they come from, but they arrived just in time for my holidays (about 10 days). I immediately bought another pair for my boyfriend, who tried them on and instantly fell in love with them. At first, I had some doubts after reading a few negative reviews, but my experience has been completely different. I’m very happy — well done!

I JUST RECEIVED MY 'UPDATED' ORDER THIS MORNING + THX FOR THE 'ITEM EXCHANGE'. I TRIED THESE SLIGHTLY LARGER '46' SIZE ON... AND THEY FIT PERFECTLY ! THEY ARE SO COMFORTABLE I DON'T THINK I EVEN NEED A 'BREAK IN' PERIOD LIKE WITH MOST SHOES I HAVE PURCHASED IN THE PAST.

I FEEL LIKE I'AM WEARING A VERY COMFORTABLE PAIR OF MY FAVORITE BEDROOM SLIPPERS. I'AM VERY GRATEFUL FOR ALL YOUR HELP IN RESOLVING MY INCORRECT FOOT SIZE ISSUES. I'LL DEFINITELY BE PURCHASING FROM YOU AGAIN, IN THE FUTURE. YOU CERTAINLY KNOW HOW TO TAKE EXCELLENT CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS !

CHEERS from NEW ZEALAND,🥝😊👍

What a wonderful pair of shoes! They truly are like walking barefoot! I received my shoes in less than 2 1/2 weeks. thank you very much for your professional shoes and your professional service!

This is my second purchase from Canles. I ordered size 38 but it's too big for me and the customer service sent me another pair in 37 within 1 week. Very good service. Thank you very much!

I don’t know how I can sent the shoes back
There is no adres and I can’t reach customer services

Ho ordinato il numero sbagliato e appena segnalato, loro subito si sono preoccupati di farmi avere il numero richiesto. Super soddisfatto.

I did place an order and it took longer than expected 13 days…contacted them 3 times, no response, however, they did finally get in touch and the shoes arrived. My mum is very happy with the shoes.

I first discovered Canles shoes about 10 months ago after suffering with foot pain for some years. They had an immediate effect and I have used them every time I have done anything more than the shortest walk ever since. This is after literally spending hundreds on different trainers! I have therefore recently bought two more pairs but unfortunately they arrived in the wrong size. I contacted Canles and they immediately agreed to replace them and not to worry about returning the originals. Fantastic customer service so I am happy and our local homeless charity has two new pairs of shoes. Well done the Canles team!

Buying shoes online appeared a bit tricky for me due to my old, problematic feet, but I found a pair of suitable walking shoes on the site, so I gave Canles a try. I couldn't be happier with both the product and their outstanding customer service. Thank you.

ordered shoes16-12-2024. never received them. very angry about that. I asked my money back. They told me if I want my money back, I should return the shoes. ???? The shoes I never received
So people, dont buy here anything

Feels like these Barefoots will be excellent shoes for walking with the neuropathy in my feet.
Great delivery times and communication.
Replaced wrong size (my mistake) no charge at all.

Scarpa semplicemente magnifica.comoda confortevole robusta....super.

A decent product at a reasonable price and Exceptional Customer Service!

Ordered shoes, Jan 18th. It is now Jan 31. No shoes delivery after 13 days. Can't track my order, contacted customer service several times, called no response. If I don't receive them soon or receive accurate delivery, I will be contacting, FBI fraud for investigation and have them removed off internet. Also contacting my bank to reject payment.

I bought a pair of Canles Alpine Bare winter boots. They are very comfortable to wear, warm and great for my wide feet. But they are not waterproof as stated on their website (the exact wording is: 'Whether you're trudging through snow or facing freezing winds, the waterproof, windproof materials shield your feet from the harshest weather').
I pointed this out to the Canles team and asked for a refund but after an initial response to offer me a replacement pair (which would not resolve the issue) they have gone quiet.
If you're looking for a pair of comfy, warm boots - fine. But if you want something waterproof do not choose these.
I submitted a review to this effect on the Canles website but they have not published it.

I wanted some barefoot-type shoes for the winter and kept seeing ads for these. They sounded almost too good to be true but they actually work. Wore them to a ski town last weekend where the temp was below zero (Fahrenheit) after dark and my feet did not get cold. Considering that the soles aren't super thick that surprised me in a good way. Shipping is an issue (although that's disclosed up front). It took about three weeks to get my order and once it was handed off in the US I found no way to track it, which was disappointing.
