Scam company set up on the back of the vinted platform and part of tilt.app this company buys super cheap off its own sellers within its tilt app and rips them off to resell to you guys with a massive fake market markup, time to boycott these scalpers.

Title: Refunded, but I lost my cards because of their shipping delay

I requested that my cards be shipped, but Tilt Rips developed a shipping backlog and failed to send them. I was then given less than four hours to complete a Google form if I still wanted to keep my cards—and was told I would have to wait another two to three weeks.

If I didn’t respond before midnight, they would automatically buy back my cards and credit me 125% of their value. I did receive the refund, but that does not make the situation acceptable. I wanted the actual cards I pulled, not a forced refund caused by their shipping problems.

Customers should not have to reclaim cards they already own or lose them because they missed a last-minute form. Tilt Rips should provide reasonable notice, honor the original shipment request, and allow the customer—not the company—to decide whether their cards are sold back.

I have been waiting for my card collection that I requested to be shipped on July 3, 2026. It is now September 9, 2026, and I am still being asked to wait another 2–6 weeks.

At this point, I am not looking for another excuse or another estimated waiting period. I have already been waiting for over two months, which is far beyond a reasonable amount of time.

This has been extremely frustrating, and honestly, this is simply unacceptable customer service. I would like a clear explanation of what is happening with my collection and a definite resolution. Please either provide a confirmed shipping date or let me know what options I have for receiving my collection

Can’t get my money out after depositing. Bank transfer fails due to “taking too long” to fill out info because the website takes too long to load. As of now I am not able to withdraw my funds.

They took my 132.68 cents and wouldn’t refund it. I won’t that money and

Most of the packs have good value for the money. Some are questionable at best. I understand the risks and not even talking about my long term losses here because it is what it is. But some packs are definitely not as described. Odds on one pack show a 25% chance at pulling value greater than the purchase. I was 50 packs in, 1 pack had 1.13x value, all others were 35-50% returns. When confronted, support just said its random and refused to look into the back end. I've had some great cards pulled and deposited/withdrew thousands, I wish they would address these concerns as I would definitely keep using the app. Also their support for any other issues is terrible. Either understaffed/overworked or a combination of both. KYC takes days, withdrawals are held up for no reason, while ones submitted after are released in 30 seconds. The consistency of the app in general is just terrible. Maybe if the owner invested a little more in the structure and back end versus renting miami mansions and hypercars for ads, they could really make this into something great.

Doesnt ship outside of usa and wont refund my money i have $89 locked in this app

scam promo, you wont get a free pack unless you purchsse one first. but they say free pack on sign up, nothing about purchasing a pack first in there promotional packs. when i mentioned this in chat a MOD banned me without hesitation becusse they dont want to get caught in a lie.

⁹I am a new user. I just got very unfairly punished for doing absolutely *nothing* wrong at all. First I was chat banned for literally no reason (I didn't say a SINGLE bad thing in that chat), now my account for literally NO reason has had its progression completely suspended (thereby defeating the ENTIRE DRAW for me using the app in the first place), without appeal because Moon forbid they have a appeals system!!

I have no words for what has happened, and to new user as well. I don't know what else to say, but Tilt Rips NEEDS to re-evaluate their ban-happy, punishing methods. And they need an appeals system.

Fun pack opening and unique compared to other pack openers. Would give it 5, but sometimes pay outs are slow, shipping takes a while. Plus after hitting a decent payout seems the house advantage has taken over.

Basically first 5 rips are possible to profit $10 off of them but every pack after is a money scheme.

Wanted to withdraw my money from my account, but was told I needed to verify my identity. I sent in everything they asked for me to send and said they would reach out once they get a response from their verification team. It's been well over a month, and I still haven't gotten any response from them. I've contacted support multiple times with multiple different tickets and it's always the same response. Not to mention that every time I reach out to them, I have to wait well over 24hrs before I even get a response.
