Canles should check their sizing because I got a 43 Bareskin, liked it and ordered a 43 ActiveBare. When the ActiveBare arrived, I was away and got back two weeks later to find the 43 ActiveBare way too small. I contacted Canles for an exchange to a 45 ActiveBare. They told me to keep the 43 and would send a new 45 to me. I just got the new 45 and am very happy with it. So, kudos to Canles for keeping their word on ensuring customer satisfaction. Well done.

BTW, I am in Singapore, more than half a world away.

I have now got 6 pairs of Canles shoes. I have always had so much trouble finding shoes that fit and were comfortable. These shoes are incredibly comfortable and easy to wear all day. I did have trouble with one pairs fit and Canles were quick to replace them. Canles has a client for life now

I have been a Canles customer for a couple of years. I discovered Canles online.
I initially bought lightweight, water-proof winter boots. Then I bought light, comfortable, very breathable summer shoes with pleasingly woven uppers. In both cases, Canles offered me during their sale period of items, two pairs for the price of one.
The dispatch and arrival at my home of the footwear went perfectly. The package arrived very soon after I placed my order. The items were wrapped in sturdy shoe-boxes and folded in tissue-paper.
Since becoming a Canles customer, I have communicated on several occassions with the Client Service Department. This communication has been fluid, clear, helpful and agreeable.
Recently, I wrote to Canles because I wished to pay Canles a refund of the purchase-price that Canles made to me on a pair of shoes that I initially had told told them were too small for my feet. Having received the full refud from Canles, and still in possession of the shoes, I discovered that the shoes were a perfect fit. Canles replied to tell me that my goodwill is what mattered to them and they instructed me to keep the purchase price.
I am now going to buy a new pair of Canles shoes. The range is wide and varied. I recommend Canles footwear for its comfort, the breathable and attractive woven materials used on the uppers, the non-slip soles which provide great stability, and because the footwaer is so lightweight.
I would like to thank Canles and its staff for all this.

Very comfortable shoes, very competent customer service with quick replies to questions, for walking, I don't wear anything else than Canles shoes anymore!

I must say that I am truly impressed by the quality of service offered by Canles. I have shopped with them on previous occasions and have always been very satisfied with their products.

The level of customer care and service only serves to reinforce my confidence in the brand, and I have no doubt that I will be placing further orders for their products very soon.

Fake advertising about the greatness of their shoes. Claiming that their “Barefoot” series is popular, but after wearing it for less than a month, the corners of the shoes’ skin and sole started to open up. They may be kind to respond by mailing me a new pair. However, their promotion price and original cost of the shoes do not justify its poor quality. They may just be trying to clear old stocks.

I have had a terrific experience with Canles. I ordered two pairs of shoes, they were delivered and it turned out they were a size to big. I contacted them, no fuss no muss, no problems, they had them replaced and delivered within a week. A really great product, high quality, an excellent Canadian company. I am really satisfied with my purchase and the service Canles provides.

Hides the fact of shoes coming from China. Gives a Parcel Force 48 hour tracking number but no order dispatched after a week, so much for a 48 hour service for delivery.No information given, Cut short a holiday to be in for a 48 hour delivery slot but nothing arrived. After over a week nothing on the tracking and doubt they were even sent. Customer ‘service’ emailed order complete however still nothing on tracking. Applied for refund and quoted 15 to 20 working days ( up to a month). Terribly poor customer service. Definitely one to avoid.
I will be reviewing them on different social media and review platforms constantly until my money is back in my account.

Ho comprato le scarpe Barekins il 20 luglio, mi sono arrivate dopo una decina di giorni.

Ho comprato la mia solita misura.

Sullo scatolo non c’è il nome delle scarpe né la misura o altro (tanto difficile stampare un’etichetta da incollare sopra?). Lo scatolo, inoltre, è un po’ rovinato, schiacciato. Era in una busta di plastica che non lo ha protetto al meglio durante il trasporto.

Dopo una settimana, non mi sento di dire che siano le mie scarpe preferite. Ad esempio, se cammino un po' di più, mi fanno male i talloni. Forse per farle calzare al meglio, hanno fatto un tallone più stretto. Ma certo non sono le scarpe peggiori che io abbia comprato.

Eccellenti, comodissime, finalmente ho delle ciabatte da lavoro che mi aiutano a stare in piedi 12 ore di fila senza problemi. Grazie

Esta marca es una estafa. Los compré hace más de 15 días y me cargaron el importe al instante pero no me han llegado. Intento contactar con la empresa y me devuelven el correo. Una estafa enorme, no caigáis en la trampa

The shoes (Earthtreks), were ideal for the Camino de Santiago trek. Total 915km across a whole range of terrains while carrying a 15kg pack. Not a single blister. It felt really good to feel the terrain underfoot, and I know my biomechanics received a flood of sensory impulses to rightly respond to every degree of unevenness on the trail. You can keep you lace up boogie boards. Not for me. These Earthtreks (or latest iteration) are the best.

I had an issue with the laces of my Canles Bearskins (purchased August 2025) tearing out of both shoes, and there is no way to re-attach them. I contacted Canles, and provided photos along with an explanation. They advised me they would be sending me a new pair at no cost, and I didn't have to send the old ones back. That was a week ago, and I haven't gotten a shipping confirmation yet, but I'm hoping they will arrive sooner than later. As long as they do arrive I would consider this excellent customer service!

I give Canles 5 stars for commitment to customers with quality service and prompt responses.
I received my orders as scheduled and received replacement promptly for the wrong size of shoes I ordered.
Looking forward to new releases of Canles shoes.

Canles provide very good after sale services and support. Their shoes are comfortable to wear. Would recommend this shoes to whoever is looking for a good pair of walking shoes.

Amazing quality and design. i many years buying shoes this one is the fantastic. Very comfortable and very perfect design for walking or running. The costumer service is fantastic, very polite and very professional people. I will continue with Canles, they are fantastic

I have never experienced such good customer service.

First off, the shoes are comfortable. The ModernistLook Glideo shoes look good only for a short while. What looks like a brown leather or brown rubber accent between the upper shoe and the sole is nothing more than a dye on the white rubber material of the sole. The color wears off in a couple months and the shoes look like trash. Too bad as they are high priced for this type of shoe. Not worth the money.
