Very good communication and faster delivery than advertised
Very happy with the quality of the end product
Thank you.

Purchased a Charles Taylor 2 seater garden bench . This is a comfortable neatly crafted bench. Easy to assemble from flat pack. All components in tact. This outlet offered a good price and it came directly from Charles Taylor delivered in good time. Pays to shop
around. Available in garden centres ready assembled. Easier to gift in a flat pack. Checked components on delivery. Will buy Charles Taylor Brand again

The price of the item - an obelisk - was very competitive. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was well packed. I have yet to assemble it.

Went above and beyond to get me my mums Christmas present in time.👍🏻

Good delivery timeframe. The woodshed is top quality. Easy to assemble, looks good too.

I liked the product and quick delivery. Also communication with the company was very good. I needed extra dimensions for one of the products, the company answered my email within 24 hours.

Great price, product and nice human feeling business

Well packaged, no issues. Thank you

I ordered a starling nest box for a present as my husband wanted one. The quality of it is very good and it has a removable inner for easy cleaning. The outer box is made from recycled plastic so should last well.
I would happily order from this company again.

Good product good service :)

Great products at competitive prices. Delivered very promptly

Fantastic first time experience. Came quickly, extremely well packaged. Highly recommend!!

Would highly recommend this company, seamless transaction from finding the product at the best price available to detailed communication regarding delivery, which was in time, very stress free purchase, the gruffalo chair arrived well packaged and is soo cute

Excellent value, quick delivery. Communication could be better.

Great service

Excellent customer service. Product is lovely and was well packaged. I was kept updated regarding delivery. Received item within a week. Product of high quality. Highly recommended.

Have not yet been able to put my new Bergholt Dovecote on its post, but am delighted with the look of it. Sturdily built and beautifully finished - I am sure it will look grand when in position. Had a great delivery experience, by the makers themselves, who delivered it to my door in person. We had a good chat about the world in general, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Easy website to navigate, found a beautiful wreath for outside, delivered promptly. Very happy with the wreath, looking forward to hanging it up for Christmas.

Well I ordered two leopard print stools , the legs broke on one of them , and the other had a frayed wear line though it so for something that hardly gets used I think the quality is rubbish !

So very happy with every aspect of my experience.
The item ordered was a gift easy website to navigate packaged extremely well kept informed of progress towards delivery which was on time.
My item was lovely quality exactly as shown on website.
Would definitely recommend this business.
