I ordered and paid for (in full) a gate at the start of September and had to ask when I might receive any news about it a month later, having heard nothing. I was told to expect it during the week commencing 12 October, and we are now on 20 October and I am trying to rearrange a delivery. On 19 October the guy just turned up and nobody was at home so he went away. Nobody was told he was coming. I called the delivery department and left a message to call me back because I needed to give details about where to leave the gate should I not be in. Heard nothing. I emailed. No response. The delivery guy turned up again, was incredibly rude and aggressive to my elderly neighbour who had said she would listen out and take delivery on my behalf if he arrived. He refused point blank to take the gate through my small home and onto the patio, and hurled it back into his van saying 'I haven't got time for this sh!t, I've got 80 other deliveries to make...'. I expect it will be damaged. I called Buttercup Farm. They don't answer their phones, ever. I emailed. They don't answer their emails within an acceptable time frame and you get no acknowledgement that it has been received. So, currently, I am £511 down, my elderly neighbour has been shouted at and is upset, I have no gate, no way of contacting the company and no idea a) whether my gate is damaged and needs to be remade or b) when it will be redelivered. Dreadful company to deal with and I would strongly advise you to avoid at all costs.

Chairs/bench are really solid and comfortable, however, some of the bolt holes did not line up. I’m a retired woodwork teacher and I think if you didn’t have the equipment or knowledge you would have been stumped trying to assemble this.

I’ve ordered a couple of times from Buttercup Farm now. Products match the photos on the website. Great products at competitive prices. Good communication with delivery process and very helpful customer services. I won’t hesitate to order from them in the future.

Overall, really like the look and size of the wood store!
Instructions could have been a little more detailed. Centre upright pieces not the same length. The end pieces on the shelf needed sanding to enable fitting.
Also bought a table at the same time. Pilot holes would have been helpful on both items.

I ordered a clock the back end of August it arrived damaged. There was a dent in the top. There was a mark on the clock and the strip where the numbers have been stuck on was all creased. They ignored my emails. I’ve not had any kind of refund and only yesterday did they reply saying a courier would pick it up when I’m already away for three weeks? Absolutely disgusting.

We have been looking for bull rush spike ornament for a while now, then came across buttercup farm. They not only had the individual bull rush, ( which come as three individual rushes), but had these in three sizes. The prize was good and easy to pick and purchase from their web site. The delivery was quick and really pleased with the product. They are now sitting in our garden and will be buying from them again.

The item was received on time with good communication. It was bought for my sisters anniversary gift and they loved it.

Ordering was easy. Delivery was on time and the driver helpful. Construction however would have been a lot easier with a ground plan, with measurements of the actual footprint, not the overall size. Very pleased with the arbour.

I am really pleased I ordered my wooden planters from Buttercup Farm. This is the second order I have received from them. They are superb quality much better than any others I had seen. They kept me up to date with the delivery times and the delivery drivers were very kind and friendly. I would highly recommend.

We ordered an expensive water feature from Buttercup Farm. It arrived damaged. Buttercup Farm refused to discuss the matter with me and rejected my claims that it was damaged. It was impossible to speak with anyone and they were slow to respond to emails. In addition, the vague instructions provided were insufficient so it took days to work out how to connect it. We love the water feature and have reluctantly placed the damaged side where it will be rarely seen ... but the interaction with this company has been incredibly disappointing.

Excellent service bought a beautiful lamp. Looks so classy in the hall. Thank you.

DONT NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DELIVER WRONG ITEMS REFUSE TO.EXCHANGE THEN MAJE YOU WAIT OVER 3 WEEKS FOR THEM TO COLLECT AND STILL NO REFUND AFTER A MONTH DO NIR RESPOND TO EMAILS
