I bought the Contour Collection 2 Drawer console table in black. Really fast delivery, good communications. Super easy to put together. Love the console table. It's exactly what I wanted. Highly recommended.

I ordered a large metal garden arch from Buttercup Farm. They were helpful with information about the product and, once ordered, their courier provided appropriate tracking. The delivery wait time of 10 days was very good and the arch itself is sturdy, well made and I'm sure will look great once constructed. Excellent service!

Happened upon this company whilst looking for a bird table. Was unsure what the quality would be like and didn’t expect much to be honest. However the product and experience have been exceptional. As soon as the order was placed there were emails confirming and explaining what happened next. I think the delivery was by their own people - certainly not standard drop and loose white van man. Expected a flat pack box but the bird table came in just 2 parts - the base and the table- which just connected together with 4 wing nuts. Didn’t even need any tools. It’s a really solid table and looks hand made. I would certainly recommend this place and would look again in future for other things I may need.

First time I’d used this site, easy to navigate the site, I purchased a cover for a large garden chair at a more competitive price than I’d seen elsewhere, good email communication and delivered quickly.

If fair to say their customer service as a business is absolutely diabolical. 
Having place the order then realising that the cables would not resolve my issue. 
I emailed buttercup Farm with in 12 hours of the order being placed to cancel the order. 
I did this as they clearly stated that when the order was being prepared for dispatch, I would receive an email notification informing me and I hadn't received any notification.
No response to that email!
I emailed them again 12 hours later to cancel the order and again no response. 
I call customer service and was told by a recording no one was available ( maybe too busy reading my emails) so I left a message also requesting to cancel the order. 
 I then get an email telling me “we are looking into it and will get back to you “only for an hour later to get another email telling me the item has been dispatch. 
And now today the cables have arrive! 
So the one star is for dispatch time and delivery - 24 hours.
I hope that maybe someone from buttercup farm could answer this one question at what point did you not understand I wanted to cancel this order? 
Or are you going to just ignore this review as well as my emails ?
Maybe I should have read trust pilot before I place my order with you as the lack of customer service appears to be a common theme…….
My advice order from another company because this one lacks any customer service so if you change you mind or things go wrong you are on your own!

I ordered a set of 2.5mtr curtains for The Glendale highfield gazebo. The ones sent are for a 2mtr gazebo. After numerous emails and photos sent to them plus calls. They are trying to tell me it’s not a a Glendale Highfield I have. I can assure them it is. It has been painted which doesn’t alter the frame size of the Gazebo. They have sold me a wrong item and refuse to correct this by sending the correct size of sides for the Gazebo, these are to short by half a mtr at each zip closure. I advise anyone not to purchase from them. And their customer service is really slow. I am reporting them to trading standards to.
Not happy with this company who cannot measure correctly.

I ordered a pair of teak garden chairs on a 3 to 5 day delivery. These were sent via Evri. Unsurprisingly evri lost them. I reported this to Buttercups sales team and was promised they would look into this. Two week and multiple emails later,no chairs,no refund, no proper communication. I'm now faced with having to report this company to trading standards and the possibility of legal action. I would not recommend ordering though this company as they seem to be woefully incompetent in dealing with customers complaints and responding in a timely manner.
