I was sold an experience to a company that's out of business. Was unable to get a response from email or phone (during stated open hours).

What do you get the man who has everything
My husband worked at YYZ for over 30 years. He loved his job fueling the planes. He always wanted to fly a plane. So for Christmas this is the next best thing.

I would want to be able to connect with a service provider before activating an experience. It ended up that I activated experience, but a provider was not able to book me in for a desired day. Now I have to wait for 2 weeks before the booking happens and I am in limbo. My birthday plans are at risk

The Certificate I purchased did not arrive until I complained.
I purchased a Breakaway Experience online, valued at $100 (Montreal, Canada), through PayPal.
Shortly after, I received a receipt from PayPal, and this request to evaluate the experience with Trustpilot, but I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ACTUAL GIFT CERTIFICATE I HAD JUST PAID FOR.
I contacted Breakaway Experience, and after a couple of emails back and forth, I did receive the certificate a few days later. The experience left me feeling concerned about the integrity of the organization, and the eventual validity of the certificate.
