I was sold an experience to a company that's out of business. Was unable to get a response from email or phone (during stated open hours).

They will not give a refund even when the error is on their account. They did not send my correct information over the rusty Wallace and we were not told of the cancelation the SECOND time they canceled. Go directly to the company and purchase and avoid being robbed!

So disappointed! We have been trying to get a hold of the break Away group and the message on their phone just says press 2 to stay in que until you have pressed it 7 or 8 times then it disconnects. I’ve emailed several times and no response. I spent almost 300 dollars for the Wake County Speed way experience as a gift for my son and this is terrible.

I paid for an experience to gift my son for his Birthday (DEC 2023). The track day was canceled due to weather and they refuse to refund the money. Our only option is to wait until FEB 2024 when they plan to come back to this area and hope that it doesn't cancel again. What are the chances that Pensacola Fl will have rain on the weekend? Chances are HIGH. ALSO OF I DONT CHOOSE WHAT EVENT I WANT TO RESCHEDULE FOR BEFORE DECEMBER 31, 2023 I forfeit my money. Interesting fact, that I didn't know before this is that I don't need this ragged service to have the experience at my local track. My local track offers the same services cheaper. So I this was a rip off all the way around

Race experience was cancelled the day prior to our reservations. Breakaway refused to return my calls for a refund. Thankfully I payed with PayPal and disputed the charges. Buyer Beware, they are quick to take your money and keep it that way.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I WAS GIFTED THE 20 LAPS AT THE HOUSTON MOTORSPORT PARK. THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY INSTRYCTORS SCHEDULED FOR THE LAST 5 MONTHS IN 2023. I CALLED WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A NEW CERTIFICATE FOR THE NEXT YEAR 2024. EVERY EMAIL I SENT WENT UNANSWERED AND EVERY PHONE CALLAFTER THAT AND MESSAGES I LEFT IGNORED! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

This was a complete waste of money. The “tasks” were not individualized to the city and were boring and generic. We do not recommend.

Breakaway Experiences was great! One of the events was cancelled and Dan did an amazing job of fixing it FAST! Oh and I got to drive a Lamborghini!!!!

Ease of use and very simple to sign up, send as a gift certificate, and get the right product for the right skill sets!

We have not been able to get this scheduled after paying for it. There seems to be no communication between Breakaway and the company operating the tour.

They were very helpful and quick. When I needed to make a change to my experience date, Dan was very helpful.

Great customer service from beginning to end. Looking forward to presenting this gift and knowing all the details are taken care of. Will purchase with you again!

What a PIA.

The process of buying a race car driving experience for my spouses birthday was easy and quick. The last step was setting up the date. Great customer service – they answered right away, were very friendly, and we had a date confirmed quickly and easily.

I’m subtracting one star because there was nowhere to enter my promotional code to get $10 off like I was told there would be. Otherwise, good so far!

The customer service at Breakaway Experiences is absolutely fabulous.
I highly recommend this company if you’re looking to give someone special a great experience and memory.

Booked a drive for my son's 18th birthday.
Overall he loved the experience though it did feel a bit rushed.
We realized after leaving that he was only give 3 of the 5 laps. Contacted company and they were good to work with concerning that.

The likeness was awesome, and the quality seems very good. I am very impressed how they did that to make it seem like it was really the people in photos. Very nice. Only thing...I was hoping it was a bit bigger. Pictures make the largest size look pretty big on wall, but it was a bit deceiving, but they do list the size, so... Other than size, it will be a great gift!
