I had orded a tiller, when it arrived it was damaged and I called SunJoe and spoke to customer service they took my claim by the following week or two I heard from C.S. and they told me that the claim had been excepted and that I would hear from someone else as to when I would be getting my replacement 3 weeks went by and I had not heard from anyone so I called C.S. again, spoke to a very knowledgeable person and he refiled my claim and I received my replacement tiller within 5 weeks from my purchase date. Free of charge Excellent company. I gave them a 3 star because I have not used my tiller yet but when I do, I will change my Star.

Rose, our rep listened to our problem, confirmed previous order was incorrect and advised what the correct parts needed would be, ordered them for us and was so extremely helpful. Made everything extremely easy. Thank you Rose…. 100% better than any AI or automated system.

I had a one year old Aqua Joe sprinkler purchased on Amazon that stopped oscillating. It was bit difficult getting through to customer support. The phone number posted on Amazon was incorrect and most of the support links on the SunJoe website were for the powered equipment. Once I did get through to speak with Christian Culaba, he was extremely understanding and helpful. I had already gone through all of the logical troubleshooting steps, but he asked me to try a couple more things and stayed on the line with me while I went outside to follow his instructions. When the sprinkler still failed to oscillate, he moved on to warranty discussion. Since I had failed to register the product and didn't even have the serial number, he asked me to email a screenshot of the Amazon invoice and sent to an email to attach it to. The next day I received an email saying that my replacement was being shipped. Perfect service!

I have had faulty leaves shredder. You were very helpful, trying to understand the problem and resolve it. Problem was resolved and I am waiting for the device

Shopjoe TruVolt Brands honored the warranty for my 14 inch mower. The warranty replacement, 17 inch, is greatly improved compared to the original mower.

I needed more information on the status of my warranty replacement of auto joe digital inflator.
Christian was very helpful and forwarded the information to me and that I would be receiving my replacement within a few days.

I bought my electric Sun Joe pressure washer just at two years ago. I absolutely loved the way it worked. Plenty of pressure for what I needed, washing deck or car. Unfortunately it suddenly quit working. I tryed everything but no power. I called the company and after just a few questions they said they would send me a new one. Very impressed with this product and company support.

The Aqua Joe oscillating sprinklers are simply junk. I've purchased three, two of the 4400 sq ft models and 1 of the smaller units, and have had 2 replacements in the first year of use on the larger ones. None have lasted more than 3 years. I have a $20 knock off sprinkler that is still working great after 7 years. These are not good value and it can sometimes be difficult to get a replacement. All around, it's a major hassle to purchase from these people. Never again!

The 4 star is mostly for the customer service (Christian) not the product that I had purchased. The new hose that I received sprung a leak within one week, however, the warranty was honoured and a replacement hose sent out. It seems they may be aware of the issues with the model I had as it was replaced with a different one.

The individual that I dealt with was excellent and provided excellent customer service and sent me a replacement unit under warranty. Very pleased with the service.

I submitted a warranty request over two months ago. I decided to just call and speak with a representative. I was told the wait time would be 10 minutes. I was disappointed that after holding for 20 minutes, I was told to call back and I was disconnected. I called back and opted to receive a call back. I received a call back from your representative. It took him 12 minutes to resolve my issue with my warranty. Your representative was awesome!!!

Your customer service assistance via email SUCKS!!!! Worst customer service ever. This is the second time using my warranty on your product. You could resolve all of this if you simply offer a replacement hose. Instead of sending a complete replacement unit.

We needed to order a replacement battery and charger. The customer service representative was extremely helpful in ordering a warranty replacement battery. He was very professional and was great to work with. Thank you!

The agent was a big help to get my bike up and running to have a nice Saturday afternoon ride . The problem was the bike stop all of a sudden and my wife fell off . The wire disconnected inside the handle due to the fact there is no locking clip . So I fixed and taped the connection

The first review I wrote was positive following contact with a customer service rep. After providing the requested information and a picture of the faulty pressure washer hose, I've received no communication from Sun Joe. Very disappointed.

The customer service here is truly some of the best I’ve ever seen. They are responsive, courteous, helpful, and understanding. I’d recommend their products to others based on my experiences.

Well, firstly, you don't have a Canadian distributor. No that's not normally a big problem but in this case, it means that you cannot ship your special extension cord into Canada. It means that we have to look around for a female two prong to a male three prong and they are not that common. It took a long time to get through to you on the phone and then long pauses to get answers.

Called Aqua Joe customer service on a warranty issue for a 50’ water hose. The agent “Michael” verified my previous purchase & immediately told me a newer hose replacement would be sent out to me since it was still under warranty.
