I was sold an experience to a company that's out of business. Was unable to get a response from email or phone (during stated open hours).

Provider issues resolved promptly by Breakaway Experiences. Thank you.
I had received gift certificates for two breakaway experiences for a milestone birthday. When we went to schedule and book with our provider (after we activated the two breakaway experiences) we were told that one experience was no longer available in Canada. Dan, from Breakaway helped us resolve our issue with the designated provider immediately. He also was able to change our experience with the provider to make it all worthwhile and their customer service reimbursed us for the difference between the original two experiences and the revised experience. We would recommend their service without hesitation to anyone looking for a different type of fun gift certificate.
