What a neat unique experience! 10/10
What a neat experience to learn about and actually (attempt) to fly an airplane. The equipment, instruction and experience are all top notch. Things were well explained and supported with Sam as the copilot who took us step by step thru the simulation. We enjoyed it 100%

Excellent service and very knowledgeable of the experiences they’re selling. They got back to me with answers to questions right away and wanted to make sure everything went smoothly for me. Will use them again in the future for sure!

Quick problem solving
I accidentally used a wrong email to send the gift; I caught the error and sent an email and received a prompt reply and an issue of a new certificate. Very impressed with the promptness and the problem solving! I would definitely purchase again!

This was a gift for my son but I would have them 5 stars on their customer service alone. I will let my son Rate the experience when he has it but it was fun to pick from all the ideas they had.

Super fun
Super fun - easy to use website - the game itself was surprisingly quite advanced and would suggest ranking games if different levels to choose from. Had a fabulous family fun time - at the very end the timer somehow malfunctioned or game glitch and the game ended we still don’t know the final answer or end :(

Very pleased with site and customer service
I found the site very easy to work with and there were many choices to choose from. The checkout was very easy and followup email came immediately. My purchase was a gift for someone and I wasn't sure how to order something for someone else and not make a mistake. I sent a quick email requesting assistance and within a few hours someone replied to me. They asked me to give a few more details as to how I wanted to give the gift and, after replying to that, I quickly received a reply with step by step instructions on how to do it. I followed these with no problem. I am very pleased with the customer service and the site and would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent service
Excellent service a great way to send a gift when all our roads are closed. Recipient very much enjoyed the last experience I gave them, so will follow up with this one. So easy and nice it can be sent on a predetermined date and time.

I bought these as a Christmas present…
I bought these as a Christmas present for a friend in another province. How could I possibly rate the EXPERIENCE until she has actually had the experience?
Another thing I did not notice until I had purchased the tickets was that there is no telephone number for her to call to access the gift. A senior citizen, she is not particularly tech proficient and I am afraid she will not know how to access them by entering the information on her tablet. One can only hope she has a tech-savvy grandkid nearby to help her.
