I purchased a product on breakaway experiences, enabled it and when I went to book the event, I found out the event is closed due to covid. I now have spent the money and cannot do the event. I would like my money back.

I want to add to my post, I received a response right away and received a credit very quickly - Very happy with the response.

We had a great time on this tour.
Our driver was punctual and charismatic. Richard was very informative and was able to answer any questions we had.
The tour at our first stop, Flat Rocks was amazing and it was nice to not have repetition throughout the day.
The only thing I would change is having local flavours at each stop to compliment the wine.

Excellent jet-ski adventure from Granville Island to Bowen Island & back. The staff was awesome and took care in showing all safety protocols both off and on the jet-skis.

Greg was an excellent adventure leader that took the time to explain landmarks and chart our course to Bowen Island.

Would highly recommend their adventures to everyone! A must do if you are either a resident or a visitor Vancouver!

Easy to navigate, very clear. Bought the super car driving experience. Didnt quite understand how to book with supplier. Called in and Dan answered first time. Was very friendly, patient and helpful. "DONT WORRY WE ARE GONNA GET YOUR EXPERIENCE BOOKED TODAY!" and we did. Cant wait to go do it. But from the breakaway experience standpoint, they get a 10/10

Site is relatively easy to use and the experience was really cool! A few mistakes/missing clues for the scavenger hunt which was a bit disappointing. Would definitely benefit from a regular check in to make sure the experiences are still 100% a go.

It was more than what we hoped for on our first helicopter flight.
We cannot wait to book our next flight.

Its been a lifelong dream of mine to get to ride on a fighter jet. Honestly, I never even imagined having the opportunity to do it. When I heard of breakaway experiences, and that they offered fighter jet rides, in my home town of Ottawa, on a legit fighter jet (L-29), I didnt quite beleive it. However, after speaking with Dan at Breakaway Experiences, all my questions had been answered and my dream was becoming a reality. I only have great things to say about my experience so far dealing with Breakaway Experiences and ACM Warbirds and my flight is now booked !!!! Website is too complicated for booking. Does not book with the company. Needed to call and explain how I paid to the company and send invoices to prove payment and book the actual date with them. A frustrating complicated process.

We love Breakaway Experiences! I gift my kids experiences as they live in different cities/provinces. Great selections. Site is easy to navigate. Gifts are easy to redeem.

Great ideas for gifts, purchased the 737 simulator for a 65th birthday gift for a friend in Toronto. We live in Vancouver and loved the fact we could have an email sent on his birthday with no wondering if his gift would get there on time. The choices of activities is superb and will definitely be using Breakaway again

The whole experience was very positive - the airplane (Sport Star) looks new and is a real jewel. The pilot is very professional. He explains clearly and effectively. During the flight the pilot transferred the airplane control - it is unforgettable experience. Would recommend it to everyone who dreams to 'feel the sky'

We received a sky diving for two gift but unfortunately my other half is not physically able to go sky diving so we exchanged the gift for a couples massage at the Novo Spa in Toronto. It was amazing! We loved it so much we used the rest of the exchange money to go back a second time. Such a great way to give awesome gifts!
