DO NOT buy from his company. I ordered lights costing £218.00 over 2 weeks ago and still not received. Emails ignored but managed to speak to someone on chat and was promised they'd be shipped next day and I would get confirmation from them. Still nothing and they're now ignoring chat. Awful company and non existent customer service.
Regarding their reply to this review. No I haven't received any refund from this company! My bank has refunded me as they are now dealing with it.
It's now April 2023 and I NEVER received any refund nor further contact from Bonus Superstore even though in their reply to this they state it was issued. Well no it wasn't because it wasn't received by me!

SO SO TIRED OF COMPANIES LIKE THESE!!! they’re so quick to take your money but when it comes to basic customer service or even getting your delivery, it’s always complications. You cannot phone them either. Ordered a tumble dryer that said it would be delivered by the 3/11/22 the latest. It’s 5/11/22 and still nothing. No confirmation. No communication NOTHING. I’m so annoyed. An agent from a third party company has tried to contact them on my behalf and still nothing. Disgusting

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful - quick to take the money and give delivery date of today.
Have had no correspondence from them AT ALL, other than an online receipt.
I have tried to contact them today to get confirmation that the item is going to be delivered. Despite using their web chat (3 messages ignored) and an email (also ignored), no response.
Telephoned to be told they’re “an online company like Amazon and you can’t speak to anyone”
I commented that at least Amazon deliver when they say they’re going to - No response to that!
Use anyone else, is my advice, as I’ve waited in all day (lost pay etc?) and it doesn’t look like they’re not going to deliver.
Now wondering what chance of getting my money back …..

Product ordering was straightforward enough, however I didn't get a confirmation email confirming a delivery date so I had to contact them, on delivery the driver didn't bother to ring to say what time then when he got here he was very grumpy and cursing about leaving the oven in our hall way.

Would give zero stars if I could, chose a washing machine which was in stock, only to receive an e-mail saying it wasn't in stock after all. Refund was quickly returned, but honestly how hard is it to get your inventory right. Now have ordered with another company. Wouldn't use this company again, as it's a waste of time.

OK price, excellent delivery
LED bulb reasonably priced rather than the cheapest I could find, but they had them in stock unlike any other suppliers I checked. Arrived next day, so very pleased with the fast delivery.

Could have done with a bit more notice
Delivery crew were very good, but it would have been nice to have received notification of the date of delivery in advance (I could have been out) also we weree not aware that the old machine had to be disconnected, before they would deliver. We just manasged it in time

Ordered two lamps, only one received and the one that had been delivered had glass inside that was completely smashed on delivery. Since then have ignored all emails regarding the situation. Would seriously discourage buying from here.
