We're sorry to hear that you did not receive any information about your product before it arrived. You should've received a notification as soon as the item was dispatched, we will look into this to make sure this was the case and to prevent it happening in future. However I can see this was sent out with Royal Mail during the strikes which must've caused to communication error between you and the courier.

I have to give a 1 as I cannot give 0 , I have not received the Christmas lights I paid for , the delivery date was Friday 09/12/2022 . It is now Tuesday 13/12/2022 . Still havnt received my order . Wish I had read the reviews before ordering . I will contact trading standards and get advice . I have sent two emails , written on the customer help line ,I have not received a reply . There is no phone number available . Absolute terrible firm to deal with , I have to try and get my money back somehow .

I have looked into this for you and can see your order was delivered on the 16/12. This is due to your order being sent out with Royal Mail during the strike period which was stated when checking out. However, we're glad you eventually received your order before Christmas and can only apologize for the response time as our customer service team is not open over weekends which is also stated in our email signature. Horrendous customer service
I ordered a microwave from this company based on the sizes displayed on the website. When delivered, the microwave measured bigger than advertised. I have sent 7 emails to arrange a return and have had no reply.

Bad or no customer service
I purchase an integrated microwave oven on the 7th November based on the information provided on their website. The microwave did not fit and have been trying to get this returned for a refund. They have no contact telephone number and the only means of contact is via email. So far I have sent five emails and not one response from this company. Customer service is non-existing. Avoid this company!

We understand that it can be frustrating when a product does not meet your requirements, and we are sorry to hear that you have had difficulty returning the item and reaching our customer service team.
We take customer service very seriously, and it's concerning to hear that you have had trouble getting in touch with us. We have recently experienced a higher volume of customer inquiries, which may have caused a delay in our response times. However, this is no excuse for not responding to your inquiries, and we are taking steps to improve our customer service operations to ensure that this does not happen again in the future.
We would like to work with you to find a resolution to this issue. After looking into this I can see you contacted your bank to receive your money back however you still have your order - a product worth £200. This has resulted in a refund therefore we had tried contacting you on 13th January to schedule a day to collect this. You then did not confirm a collection date until the 6th March, which happened to be the 14th April. We received little to no communication from yourself since you contacted your back and received the money back. After scheduling the collection for the 14th we can see you had cancelled the collection off your own back with DPD for no reason. We believe this is very unfaithful and would like to reschedule to collect this as the nearest convenience. However, we have had no response since cancelling the collection yourself for no apparent reason. We are a family business that does not deserve this, we understand the customer service was not up to standard over a busy period which does not justify the treacherous way you've handled this situation.

This is a reply to your response to my negative review left earlier this morning.
You seemed shocked that I had left such a review due to one of your customer service team apologising for the calamity that had gone on with my order and resolving the issue by refunding me for the order.
I left the appalling review ‘prior’ to speaking to your customer service team after sending numerous emails without one reply over the last few weeks not to mention the 3 live chats that claim will be answered within minutes but never happens. Yesterday the 28th of November I rang 01482 373737 The Bonus Group that seem to be an umbrella group for numerous companies explaining my concerns and a member of staff said she would elevate this matter with Bonus Superstore and after leaving the review this morning it seemed a coincidence that I finally received a reply from no other than Bonus Superstore. While I am now happy to have received a refund it was unfortunate I had to go through hell to get it. Lesson learned, get your customer service up to scratch, reply to customers emails and communicate with your customers. Will not be using you or recommending you.
