Good buying experience
I'd been searching a while for a particular ceiling light and was struggling to find it available at many places, so was delighted to find it on the Bonus Superstore website and at a decent price. Ordering was easy and although it took a while longer to arrive than I expected as it traversed Europe, that was no great hassle. Would certainly recommend giving Bonus Superstore a try.

Same day delivery
I wanted to order for same day delivery a freezer to replace one that had stopped working. The staff at Bonus were able to confirm that they could do a same day delivery and the item arrived about 4 hours after been ordered. Excellent service.

Good experience
Item was out of stock but the due on date was accurate and delivery made promptly after then. I contacted customer care on one occasion and they were quick to respond. Price of appliance was competitive. All round, very happy and will use again.

Avoid these jokers at all costs 😡
I purchased two wine fridges from this company and one was badly damaged upon receipt . I submitted photos of the damage etc and after months of trying to get a refund or replacement I am now having to take legal action under the consumer protection act to recover my money . The initial advice from BS was to contact hoover and ask for a engineer to try and rectify the problem and when they were unable to help ( it wasn’t a manufacturing problem ) Bonus Superstore asked me to contact their couriers and seek recompense from them ?
They have done everything possible to avoid dealing with the problem and are refusing point blank to accept any responsibility

Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We apologize for any inconvenience or frustration you have experienced with your purchase of the wine fridges.
However, we find your review misleading and inaccurate.
We would like to clarify that we always strive to provide the best possible customer service and support. Our standard procedure is to assess the situation and work towards finding a satisfactory resolution, whether it be a replacement, refund, or repair, depending on the circumstances.
You did not report a problem with your appliance until 104 days after ordering. After reporting the problem it then took you another 3 weeks to provide the correct information about your order. Although this was extremely late and outside of our policy unlike most businesses we tried our best to find a solution by contacting the supplier who where unable to do anything. We also escalated this to our operations director for you who stated. "Hoover Candy are unable to progress this claim as it is outside there stipulated 14-day notification period.
We are really sorry we are unable to assist further."
I kindly suggest in future to read returns & refund policies in the future as well as reporting damages as soon as noticing them.

Price was good, product and customer service lacking
Price was good, but product sent was not UK version. Came with EU plug, which is against UK regulations to sell. Seller response was for me to cut off the moulded plug (which often voids warranty) and replace with a UK plug. Not something I should have to do.

We would like to clarify that cutting off the moulded plug and replacing it with a UK plug does not void the warranty. Additionally, we would like to point out that the product description did state that the product was an EU plug model, and we apologize if this was not clear at the time of purchase.
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention, we have discontinued the model with EU plugs for the foreseeable future.

I bought items through their website…
I bought items through their website which on delivery were damaged. I have sent over 6 emails since November to arrange a return. I had a response to confirm the return has been authorised and someone from their customer service will be in touch. This has request has now been outstanding since December. They do not answer their phones and now I have no other choice but to contact my bank and get them involved. Do not use this company when purchasing goods.

Although we offer next day delivery on most of our items, there's a select few that are unavailable for next day delivery which is stated in the product description "Please note that delivery will take between 7 - 14 days for this product". We apologize for the delay however this is noted on the product. We have emailed over the tracking info for your order.

Awful customer service
On the website, it states "excellent customer service" which must be a joke. I have sent 10 emails over the past 21 days to arrange a return and have been ignored. I have attempted to contact through social media and using the chat service on the website, which I have also been ignored on. Disgusting service.
