Damaged hob
Received hob, unfortunately it was damaged by the courier. Bonus Superstore didn’t have a like for like replacement but did offer a more expensive hob at no extra cost.
They arranged for the collection of the damaged hob and delivery of the new hob also at no additional cost.
Great service, would definitely be using again.

Great service
I ordered a light which was due from Germany. I chased for an update and got a quick reply and was advised it was due for delivery the following day. They then forwarded a tracking number.
All arrived safe and sound. Very pleased with my light

Excellent find!! I was looking for a retailer for my washing machine and Bonus Superstore came up in my search. I was a bit sceptical as I had not heard of the company so did a bit of research and read some reviews. The price stated was amazing- much cheaper than anywhere else and with a further 10% Valentine discount making it even better! Next day delivery and although order was not paced until approx. 3pm it arrived promptly the next day within the given timeframe. I was kept informed of every stage of its journey. The young delivery driver was very polite and informative. All in all, a very positive experience - I cannot praise the company enough!! Thank you.

Delivery you just got out of Jail
Ordering was easy and efficient update emails were ok could be improved as after order/ payment it seems to go to a black whole whilst waiting for the delivery group to pick up the batten. DELIVERY needs to be improved by using a company that reads the label on the box. LIKE this way UP, you were fortunate that non of the internals were not broken, all of the shelves were all over the shop in the fridge even with the manufacturer blocking them with polystyrene inserts any breakages it would have been back to you!
