Very fast delivery which I didn't have to wait at home all day for. On the day of delivery PDP contacted me with a 1 hour time slot. What I purchased was a very good price and if I need another product they sell I will definitely be back.

I would definately recommend Bonus SuperStore after buying a BEKO MICROWAVE for our caravan.
We had a slight problem with delivery but that wouldnt put me of buying from them again as this was rectified immediately.
The correspondence was very good and reasuring.
The microwave itself was in perfect condition.

Easy ordering & good information on the delivery, the product was as expected & arrived in good condition.

Our order with this company went wrong because of an error with the manufacturer, absolutely no fault of Bonus Superstore. Sure enough they collected the faulty freezer and issued a refund. In light of the circumstances excellent response to the problem keeping the customer happy. I can honestly recommend this company,

Inaccurate delivery times were misleading and ended up 2 hours after lalest specified.

Exactly the correct replacement part delivered in 48hrs. Only company i could find who stocked this item.

Ordered a fridge, when it arrived we realised it wasn't fit for purpose so contacted the company to arrange a return. They said it would cost £105 to arrange delivery to return it (postage was free when we ordered it!).
Have never experienced this with any other company.

Easy process, swift delivery, well packaged item.

I made an error when putting my order in and was billed for two items rather than 1. This was quickly rectified when I rang explaining my problem and the overpayment credited back to my card.

A shame you can’t actually see the products in store but ordered and delivered to store for pick up the next day.

Hi my experience was not a good one , I ordered my Bosch dishwasher and given a a delivery time and a date , I had been sent emails saying that my dishwasher had been delivered on three different occasions in the same day at different times and not once did it was it delivered? I took the day off which cost me £200.00 I didn’t receive a phone call from a driver or anything to tell me whether they were coming or not so that day was wasted the following day I got in contact with FedEx and they didn’t know where the dishwasher was , I must’ve made 10 calls that day asking FedEx if they could find the package and when will it be delivered? Eventually it turned up at 5:20 the following day and then after that the following day FedEx customer service phoned me to enquire about my complaint ,they did say to forward this to you as I should be in a position for compensation due to not having a lack of communication

Easy to use website. Lamp ready for collection a day early. Good service at pick-up.

They keep asking me to do a review but I still haven’t received my parcel yet!
So I can only say how disappointed I am with the delivery time, lack of information and who knows what it is going to be like when I hopefully get it.

Purchased a cooker after Xmas. Never recieved any confirmation at all. Had to call 6 days later when they reopened, still never received a confirmation. Rang again on the Monday and a lady finally sent me confirmation and said my cooker would be delivered by Wednesday. Sent tracking details which wasn't fit for purpose, didn't kick in until Wednesday and know idea of a time. Luckily my daughter was in but he left it outside my door, so had to wait in for my husband to come home hours later to bring it in. Came with a scratch and the top and dint at back. Emailed got a reply sent pictures and no reply. Wouldn't recommend, no customer consideration at all.

Couldn’t believe I ordered the lights on the 22nd December and they arrived on the 23rd December, all in working order.

Today (23 December 2025) the Bonus Electrical store had just the fluorescent light tube I needed. Great value product. Excellent service by Barry Dunn thank you and a free 2026 calendar included. First time I have been to this store and was highly satisfied and would recommend.
