Came across this company whilst searching online. I found the prices really competitive compared to other companies. I ended up ordering a cooker which was an ex-display model at a fraction of the price, which I was quite happy with. The next day I got an email saying there was only a white one in stock and not the stainless steel version, so I accepted this one. Never heard anything after that. I emailed to ask for an update and was told the cooker was out for delivery, this was on the 14th Feb, with a before 5 pm delivery. I ordered my item on the 11th. I had no tracking info just an order number which stated fulfilled??
My cooker arrived on the 17th at 9.00am on a pallet, I asked for it to be put in the kitchen but was told no as it was on a pallet and wouldn't fit. So it went in the garage. The delivery driver was on his own.
Don't get me wrong, it was a bad first order experience. Would I use the company again "absolutely"

An initial problem on delivery to the Bonus superstore in Hull, (shade broken on light fitting), was immediately identified by staff at the store and quickly rectified by arranging a home delivery the next day.
I also needed to pop into the store for something else, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Excellent service throughout.

Told me on website delivery in 3 to 5 days then had to wait 5 weeks for it to come in. Not good. Otherwise not bad. I would use again delivery spot on but did not appreciate the driver opening my door he didn't even ring the bell a definite no no

Product arrived quickly and really pleased with it

Predictably our Xmas lights brought down from the attic proved faulty. Ordered more from Bonus and was delighted with quick response and delivery.

We ordered a new microwave over the phone. The young lady who answered was very helpful. The delivery was organized by a phone call from them after they had received the product at their store. It was delivered in the one hour window by a cheerful helpful driver. Microwave working fine, looks very nice too.

Very helpful, delivery was quickly arranged, but because of the items it would have been more professional to have two people on the delivery.
I had to help the driver and bedding pass my sell by date

After ordering I realised I had ordered a fridge instead of a freezer.A quick email of apology this was quickly resolved. Panic over.
It was delivered quickly and the delivery driver was very helpful. An excellent price and quality product.

Cooker was best price by far than offered by other retailers and delivery was really quick. Although a bit confusing as when I placed the order there was a recommendation to download the Shop app to track package. I did not do this as not happy with reviews of the app. However, ordered at weekend and on Monday morning received email with full delivery details. I was kept up to date with the progress of delivery. Delivery driver was very polite and helpful

Excellent value, communication and fast delivery. The products fine, so far.
The only criticism I have, is on the delivery side. The delivery driver stated that he couldn't get the cooker up The 3 small steps from the road to our front door and consequently, left it sat in the road. Fortunately I have 2 good neighbours, who helped me in with it. A suggestion would be for Bonusuperstore to offer (at cost) an alternative service, where delivery is into the property.

Took a while for delivery but kept informed all the way.
Can't understand why they give you trays instead of oven racks though.
Thus is my third sharp combination. My last sharp combination lasted over 15 years. I hope this does the same.
