£640 fridge freezer invoice stated next…
£640 fridge freezer invoice stated next day dispatch. One week later no fridge no correspondence. Found a number because no reply to emails. Was told it was part of their group but Internet based so I can’t ring only email. They would contact them on my behalf and ask them to contact me. I rang that number 3 times each time told they would contact their internet partner and ask them to get in touch. Eleven days later I received an email. Someone had been off work through sickness. The explanation of why they didn’t communicate. Unfortunately the fridge freezer was not in stock they would refund my money. If you're comfortable with this, I wouldn’t touch them if they advertised the cheapest products on the internet.
They hide behind a keyboard any company that ignore their customers don’t deserve your business.

Ordered two outside lights on 2nd.Sept for next day delivery, 10 days later, no lights, no explanation no apology until I spent 2 hours trying to contact bonus, only then did they e-mail to apologize, but still no date of delivery!
Almost impossible to contact this company, very poor service. will never use them again

Terrible experience, not trustworthy
Ordered two lamps with next day dispatch option. After about a week I contacted the store for update, after another week email from store saying one is out of stock and if I want to proceed. Asked for a refund, few weeks and 3 emails later no refund and no reply from the store :(

Delivery of smoke alarm
This is the first time that I have used Bonus Superstore and I am blown away by the quality of their customer service. I ordered a smoke alarm and due to the Jubilee Bank Holiday it was not possible to have it sent to me the next day. I was concerned about delivery as I was at work the following week and needed the alarm as soon as possible. I emailed Bonus to ask that if it was delivered whilst I was at work to please try and ask the carrier to leave it in a safe place at the back of the house. On Monday I had just got back from work when there was a knock at my door and one of the Bonus employees - so sorry I did not get his name - hand delivered my alarm. He knew I was anxious about delivery and so had ensured I got it safely and quickly by personally calling round at my house. I really appreciated his kindness and thoughtfulness. So thank you to that young man!

Poor communication
My order was delivered on time and everything was fine but I can not get a VAT invoice. They haven't replied to the 3x emails that I have sent in the last 2 weeks, they have not replied when I have tried to use the live chat through the website and they do not provide a phone number. I will avoid in the future.

Absolutely useless. Placed online order for next day delivery bur nothing arrived. After a few days sent email but no response. No direct telephone line to Sales but contact made via general number. Promises made to get someone to call who could help but again nothing. Eventually after a week without any further contact advised by email that order could not be fulfilled and a refund would be made
