Rosanna was very helpful went through all the details with me added some additional appliances , she was informative and very friendly felt at ease .

Diabolical, promise a repair service but take 9 days to book an engineer, couldn't go on without a fridge freezer so forced to cancel and buy a new one. Don't waste your money on this insurance.

Decided to cancel entire insurance on all appliances , they may have apologised but nothing more.

Harry explained everything to me very clearly and as a result my policy was decreased. Thanks Harry your a star 🌟

The agent listened to what I said. The agent knew what he was talking about. With the answer he gave. After filling my claim to repair my freezer. I was emailed with in 10 to 15 minutes. Excellent service.

I am having an awful time with Big Warranties, they keep calling me up, they are making it VERY difficult to end the policy. I would under no circumstances take out a warranty with this company.

I had an engineer look at a fault on my oven in 27th April. Parts were ordered and the engineer came but said the wrong parts had been ordered so went away to re-order. 12th May they came back to repair the oven and when they left I noticed the oven door wouldn't close properly so would not reach temperature - therefore unable to use. Contacted engineer directly who said 'how strange' and told me to log a new job. I was a bit peeved as it wasn't strictly a new job - I wanted them to repair the damage caused by the engineer on the last job. Anyway, several weeks of discussion with customer services who insisted I requested a new job and disappointingly believed the engineer from his words, they did not come out to inspect the oven -- just asked for photographs.
Different engineer came out to repair the door and confirmed this has bee damaged by the previous engineer. Parts ordered. Since then I have had a multitude of messages to say parts ordered provisional engineer booked then they said wrong parts ordered - cut a long story short - it is now 21st September and I am still awaiting repair and still without that oven. I would not touch this company - I am not sure what the "Repair & Replace" promise is that they claim to offer but I have been without the oven since April.

Superb company, excellent customer service and everything explained well and understood. Jane was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend their insurance policies to everyone.

I rang Big Warrenties . To change and add to my policy. Not something I was looking forward to. But I got to speak with ROSANNA. Firstly I’d like to say her voice was soft , reassuring . Her words were kind from the minute she picked up the phone. Her voice sounded like she had a smile on her face.
Which gave me reassurance from the start.
Rosanna definitely knew her stuff. She was organised, through, she explained everything to me in a way I understood. What was happening now and what was to come and when. She also took time to go back over everything at the end talking as she was doing her checks. Which was very reassuring.
