I received the wrong item, very poor quality, i lodged enquiry, they taking no responsibility for error, and told to send pictures! This i have done repeatedly, and got nothing back from them. Terrible service, no communication, and no other way of contacting them in English!

Avoid shopping on this site at all costs! Products are made from synthetic material, NOT as advertised as high quality cotton. .They DO NOT provide Reply paid cost. I had to pay myself for return $40 AUD to Chona. Waited two months for refund. They claimed they never received the items, even though it was received by China Post on registered mail. Numerous emails. If i did not pay with paypal, maybe would never get my money back. Avoid them.

Absolutely disgusting false advertising, the garment I ordered was pictured as a flailed shirt dress and the description was of a cotton garment...I received it today and it is 100% synthetic fabric...it is not flailed and it looks nothing like the one pictured on the website. Don't buy these garments.

China based company, poor quality. Don’t believe their refund policy, it is false. Waited three weeks for delivery, awful quality, and cheaply made. Not even a label on the dress. If you request a refund, you need to post it to their warehouse in China. This only after numerous requests. Stay clear from ordering!!

China based company posing as an Australian seller located in Sydney. They even emailed me they are in Sydney while wanting me to return an item to China. Sizing not the same as Australia. No measurements listed. Poorer quality than expected. Took weeks for item to arrive. With all the wheeling and dealing they are doing I know I will never see my money again. Stay Away.

Poor delivery..longer then website says

Paid $71 aud for a pair of sneakers that I could have got from Temu for $15. They are cheaply made and by far not worth what I was charged. The soles are made of plastic. Very disappointed. Not worth me sending them back as I’ll probably have to pay shipping. Stay away. They are ripping people off. As for the people giving 5 stars and wonderful reviews are probably just made up people. From my experience and many others they’d have to be.

This company are rip-off merchants. Advertise one thing, supply another. Only way to get a refund on the incorrect/faulty goods is to return goods at your expense. No guarnatee of a refund either. So, you pay twice. What a joke.

I should leave a ZERO Star but to type this I had to select 1x Star. I have a wedding to attend to tomorrow and instead of delivering a dress. They have given me two giant period underwear. Not only did they confirm they have delivered the goods they provided proof of delivery with tracking number and advised that I search the neighbours, friends and family mailboxes and was advised to enjoy my dress. They are definately scammers. DO NOT Purchase anything from Ardor Sydney. They are not a Australian company but from China :(.

Absolute scam. Product quality is awful. Website said shoes are "orthopedic, waterproof and warm". They are none of things. The soles feel like someone painted some cardboard and the upper is definitely not leather.

Update Edit: With the store credit I was offered for the shoes I ordered an outfit in my normal size based on the size chart on the website. It arrived comically too small.

What they sell and what you get are nothing alike ! I bought a wool cardigan it was sent as a cheap polyester print ! They had the nerve to offer me a 20-30%discount for this piece of crap ! Oh they said give it away ..who the hell would want it ! Now I have to pay postage to return it back to China! Funny as they lead you to believe they are in Australia! Oh and no Refund if parcel goes missing! This company is A RIP OFF they are deceptive and sell inferior crap! DO NOT WASTE your money !! Absolutely horrible people !!!Wouldnt even give them 1 star

TOTAL SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ARDOR SYDNEY.
First - sent wrong goods in breach of contract.
Second - at own expense returned the goods to China.
Third - delivered to China - Ningbo.
Fourth - Ardor fail to collect goods from customs citing a "tax" and want me to engage a "courier".

NEVER EVER CONSIDER PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

Firstly do not be fooled by 'Sydney' in this shop's name. They are based in China. The shoes I ordered took a protracted amount of time to arrive, they were of very poor quality and the wrong size. Multiple attempts to contact Ardor Sydney have been met with absolute silence. Their website's claim of 'response within 24 hours' is completely bogus, and it would also appear that the '30-day money back guarantee' is also fictitious. I am left with a pair of shoes that are the wrong size (not the size I ordered) and a significant hole in my bank account.

Images on website are nothing like what is sent to customers, return process is protracted and designed to use up the 30 day return time . Compensation offered is 20-30% and return postage to China is extremely expensive.
Use this company at your own risk you will not get what you pay for unless it is poorly made rubbish.
