Cheap poor quality product straight from China. Don't be confused by company name. Also lengthy delivery. Painful returns process where they initially offer you 20% and then 30% off to keep the garbage product. Eventually you're given a return address and you have to pay return postage to China!....and then they refuse to accept the parcel (believe they refuse to pay import fee to customs). You will then receive the package returned to you many months later.

If you missed the reviews and purchased, I recommend you start a case through your bank (CBA were great and refunded very quickly after I provided all docs).

Product received was thin, poor quality and not even good enough for rags.

Total scam. Pls do not purchase from this company! You will regret it. I bought a dress. Their website said easy returns. The dress was the worst cheap knock out you could believe. Nothing like the picture online. Like other reviewers here they tried to barter with me and I returned to china instead. Guess what, the parcel bounces back to me. Next stop is my bank or small claims court. I’m so angry a company is allowed to get away with this.

I bought an item thinking this was an Australian company. They are not. They couldn’t fulfill my order and refused to give me a refund instead offering me other items and store credit etc. Shop here and risk losing your money.

I am appalled by this company! Bigger fall me to think this was a Sydney company as the name suggests. I ordered what looked like platform ankle boots in nude leather and received a cheap vinyl knock of in tan colour. I spoke to customer service and said I was sending them back the same day I received them on 17th September and after multiple emails and tracking they have turned up back in my doorstep today claiming they were refused/ unclaimed in China… not Sydney.
Initially they tried to barter with me to keep them and get a lesser refund but I was so disgusted with what I received, I paid the $25 to send them back!! After tracking them for weeks, they finally cleared customs and were on route to the seller. Then nothing again for weeks till they turned up on my doorstep last week( now end of Nov).
Now they are telling me they can’t refund because it’s past the 30 day refund policy! What a joke 😡😤🤬

Please believe all the negative reviews, total scam do not buy from this mob. Refer to attached photos advertised vs actual product. Is this site associated with Sydney Mode? Both are rip offs, avoid at all costs.

Slow shipping and poor quality (as previous reviewer said, dress is like Halloween costume from $2 store). ALL 4 & 5 star reviews here happen to be from CA and GB. For an Australian website? Definitely fake reviews here. Save your money - DO NOT buy from this website. I'm not even going to bother trying to return the dress as others have done here. I'm counting my losses. Might save the dress for next Halloween 🎃

The most despicable company I have ever had the displeasure of purchasing through. Send out shoddy knock off from China, then offer pathetic refunds to keep the product (which is fine if you need rags to clean your car)... all the while knowing that their return policies to China mean that the rags will be stopped at customs, you'll be out of pocket for the return and then the 30 days have passed so they tell you back luck!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

I placed an order with Ardor Sydney and a few short hours later cancelled it after seeing items of clothing I had brought some time ago for $9.00 being advertised with 60 percent off for Black Friday sale at $60.00 each. Alarm bells started as the items came had just purchased then came up on Temu for $9.00 and I am supposedly paying $60.00 for the identical items after having 60 percent off. Smelling a scam I quickly cancelled my order within a short couple hours. I notify PayPal too. After two days I get acknowledgment from Ardor Sydney that my order had been processed and that they may not be able to intercept it before it gets shipped, therefore I can return at my expense and they can assist with how I do this. They do not ship goods for 5 plus days and they are trying to tell me that they may not be able to intercept my order before being shipped. I have read heaps of bad reviews and it’s all the same. This company gets you in thinking it’s a business in Sydney Aust but it’s not. It’s a scam with low quality product paid at a quality price but Temu type quality. Please read reviews prior to ordering anything. Sadly the world is full of scammers like Ardor Sydney. Save yourself some grief and do not buy from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. They pretend to operate out of Sydney but they actually operate out of China. They pretend to offer returns, but then just try to get you to keep the items at a lower price. The clothes were of a very poor quality so I opted to go with the return. Had to ship back to China, cost $50. They did not accept the package as they refused to pay the customs and so the package was returned to me 2 months later. They then said the items couldn't be returned because outside of their 30 day returns policy! It's all on purpose, I assume they hope China Post will lose the package and they wont have to send a refund. I was lucky I used Paypal, but otherwise I would have not got my money back. Still got the ugly clothes. Shady business. Stay away.

This is the worst online store I have dealt with. Dress did not fit and was crap material. They would not give me return address and said they would refund only 20% of price as they had to pay for customs. Still received no money. Don't shop with Arbor Sydney (China)

I bought 2 dresses from Ardor Sydney and what they sent me was nothing at all like the dresses i bought , they were poor quality, delivery was 2 weeks overdue , and customer service was very very poor, wished id read the reviews before buying from this mob , also noted they are not in Sydney Australia they are in china 😤

This is not an AUSTRALIAN store. Your order comes in directly from China, slowly. I requested an exchange and was told it would be a ‘hassle’ for them, but the website says it’s ‘hassle-free’! I notified them that I wanted a L and not a M because their bust sizes are not accurate. I spent $30 to send it back and it took several months. I received the dress. It was the same size as the one I returned! I do not recommend this website.

Awful quality shoes and boots, returned to China which cost around $30 and item never received apparently… Been going on since July, they kept saying not received… Now the response is I’m out of 30 day refund period! AWFUL SERVICE

They should change their name to Ardor China! I'm having a real problem with the return and refund process. They don't tell you it's coming from China, so I assumed there would be a local Australian warehouse for returns- WRONG! The dress was so badly made that the only way I could wear the dress was as a shirt & a wax would be a definite! Firstly I was offered 100% store credit and keep the dress, there is nothing that I would want to purchase so I asked for other options, then I was offered 20% refund and keep the dress and was advised that it is a huge hassle for ME with postage and customs fees to return the dress & therefore that takes the 100% refund off the table... There are way too many of these places online these days who don't have any stock and are dropshipping out of China! That is fine but I'd like to know so I can make an informed decision. You are honestly better off googling searching the item you are looking for and go directly to Aliexpress or Alibaba for half the price and no hassle to you!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased 2 dresses from this Company and neither of them looked anything like the photo shown on their website. The sizing and the material is terrible and very poorly made. I wish I had read the reviews before buying from this Company. I will never buy anything from them again, they use "Ardor Sydney" under faulse pretences.

The returns process is a nightmare because you have to send it back to China, after begging them to provide me the return address, shipping cost me $30 and the package never arrived at the warehouse and I was never granted my refund.

Bought shoes , got sent the wrong size - had to return them to China at a cost almost as much as the shoes but the company refuses to cover the cost - even though it was their mistake they aren't willing to come to the party - a ridiculous return policy.
