Delivery time was a shocker! I usually don't do much internet shopping, but was sucked in by the presentation of the product. When it arrived I got some cheap crap that certainly didn't match up with what I "imagined" it to be.
Give Ardor a miss. They proclaim to be "Ardor Sydney" but what I got could be bought in a two buck Chinese knock off shop anywhere in Sydney, for a quarter of the price as opposed to ordering it from China via Ardor "Sydney".

Quite a disaster. Ordered a purse that was supposed to be leather, arrived as a synthetic naugahyde. To return have to ship the purse back to Ningbo, China. Original purse cost $85 cost to return $37. Not at all customer friendly. Some Chinese companies are decent to work with, not this one. Please avoid products are not as described and costly to return

I would not recommend this company to anyone their products are no good, poor quality I bought a handbag six months later the bag broke. And I'm still waiting for my refund sent many emails getting ridiculous answers that don't look after the customer's interest. Please don't use this company to buy anything.

I wouldn’t even give Ardor 1 star they are the worst on line retail company I have ever experienced. Providing shoes that did not resemble that advertised and the sizing was incorrect - too small !! Not usable in any way, wasted $90!! Then they won’t refund - gave me info to send to China where I spent another $25, then say no refund because 30 days had lapsed. Shonky as all hell.

The dress I ordered was of extremely poor quality. Cheap material and the design was not the same as the photo on the website. If I’d ordered this from Shein or Temu I wouldn’t have been surprised, but I paid good money for what I thought was a quality product so I’m really disappointed. They offered me a store credit or partial refund but I chose to send it back for a full refund. That was months ago and I've just checked my tracking details again, only to find out it's being returned to me!!? Made its way to China but was sent back - most likely because the address was fake. SO ANGRY!!! So not only did I waste money on a piece of crap dress, but also on the cost of postage to send to China ($27). Absolute fraudsters.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!!. Quality of goods poor and when i wanted to return the dresses they offered me a credit and to keep the items. I returned the goods which cost me $41.20. Aust Post didn't recognize the address sounded odd to them. Finally cleared customs and then fell off the face of the earth. I just got the same pathetic response from Ardor Sydney over and over again. They do nothing to help you. NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM MERCHANTS. Why they don't just steal old ladies handbags and be done with it. Shame on them.

Asked for a refund (as per their return policy) and they took ages to respond and then the advised that the 30 day return policy had expired.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! SCAMMERS will send you cheap knock-offs from china! This is not Sydney based company, postage will take ages as it's coming from China (you will be better of ordering same poor quality for much lover price from aliexpress) if you would like to return the item they will ask you to post it back to China and also they will ask you to lie on the item value to avoid tax

This company is is selling counterfeit goods and going so low as to use the same media from the website to market a knock off product! My daughter wanted a pink palm puff hoodie for Christmas and I found these listed in Australia, thought yeah I’ll give it a shot they must be affiliated with the company as all the media was the same as the pinkpalmpuff.com website. When I got this product it was the nastiest knock off I have seen in a long time, screen printed not embroidered as the pictures, something I’d expect to see on the streets of Bali! Do not purchase from this website or you will be scammed!

SCAM - terrible quality and dodgy return address for refunds means you can't return.
Ordered a dress absolute terrible quality and took weeks to come. Asked for return address as per website but offered 50% credit note instead to keep the item, declined and given a dodgy return address now sitting at China exchange for over a month and they won't refund due to nondelivery. SAVE YOUR MONEY ABSOLUTE SCAM

Absolutely misleading at best!!! To call the experience disappointing would be an understatement. Totally unwearable!!!!

Scammers! They make out they are based in Sydney by incorporating that city into their name although are based in China. The expensive postal costs to return items deters one from returning goods which suits them fine. It cost me $35 to return a dress that wouldn’t have cost more than $5 to make. Very cheaply made garments!

SCAM!! Order never received, even the tracking system is a total scam. Unable to obtain refund, and if you read the fine print on website, you can’t cancel order if it’s an ’out of stock’ item and have to pay for return shipping to Malaysia. This website is a total drop shipping scam. AVOID!!

Scam alert! Was told a product was out of stock only to receive constant delaying tactic emails offering alternate options.
Have repeated requested a refund for the out of stock item to be met with the silence and more ignorance. Dresses are cheap plastic coated fabrics and nasty. Do not spend any of your hard earned money here.
Have reported to dept of Fair Trading and also emailed media outlets to report of scamming and duping customers.

SCAM ALERT! If I could give ZERO stars I would! Ordered a hiking boot. Was told the model I ordered was not available. And asked to choose a replacement. Chose a pair of loafers instead. Was delivered a frankly sub par, shoe worth definitely less than I paid for. And the kicker? They sent me something that I definitely didn’t choose!

Items are true to size
incorrect they are two sizes to small
also the items are just drop shipped
items are not made out of what is stated on the website
it's all garbage they are liars

Ordered a shirt dress from this site described as luxurious cotton when received was 95% polyester 5% elastine.
Also ordered a dress described as breathable material but 100% polyester. Even on sale I would not have bought if known.
I requested address as per website for return but 7 emails later have only been offered site credit and now have been ghosted.
Beware garments come from China NOT Sydney.

Total scammers, dont have item in stock, and like others, i wass offered a credit, said I want a refund, now they dont respond to emails at all

After many emails agreed if I sent package back to China
I sent the package back to China then received it back 3 months later
By that time they stopped replying to my emails
Scammers, who have no intention of adhering to there policy
Please do not purchase from this company whose moral practices are bankrupt
