thes is scam operator and not a genuine retailer. promoting its self as an AU retailer in name only without any presence in Sydney as per name. same as all others when shoes did not fit they offer a discount from future purchases or return at your cost to China.
Beware positive reviews are not genuine and do not buy from this site.

Terrible Experience - Do Not Purchase from This Company!

I paid $30 AUD in international shipping fees (plus value of item) only to find out the return item was held up at customs because the merchant refuses to cover the required customs fees or import taxes on the return. They won’t issue you a refund, and the item will be sent back. Luckily, I was able to dispute the charge with my bank and recover the cost of the item, but out of pocket for the shipping fees. Customer service is completely unhelpful. This company is a scam—avoid at all costs.

Purchased a backpack on the 8th of Jan 2025, posted the 9th. Asked Ardor customer service on the 23rd jan for an update as the package hasn't arrived. I was assured it's not far away as their policy says 6 to 9 days shipping and they use closest warehouse for availability to stop delays! It's now the 9th of February 2025 I sent another email and their reply is they are changing warehouses and because they have been inundated with orders there will be big delays. I asked for a refund and they said their policy states they can't refund until the package arrives. One big cycle of nothingness. I've reported to ACCC will update review once concluded.

This is a scam product not as described very poor quality and terrible shape and sizing requested a refund only to be told they would only refund 40% or to return to China lol cost more than purchase still waiting after 2 months for a refund only to receive an email to say it been processed
I haven’t seen it yet lodged a complaint via PayPal but still nothing

Buyer beware.
My jacket was not like the photo and was much larger than the size guide indicated. Unwearable.
Refund only available if I spent half the cost of the purchase mailing it back to CHINA (not Sydney as expected from the name). After spending the postage I still had no confidence the refund would come, so accepted a partial refund instead.
The experience has greatly reduced my likelihood of buying clothes on-line, except from well-known local stores.

Disgusting quality items, cheaply manufactured. Sent directly from China with no refund or ability to return items without further costs incurred. Avoid!

Scammers!! No refund, won't accept the shoes back, return to address that doesn't exist. The shoes are nothing like the photo and description, they are crap quality and cheap materials, made terribly. Can't say anything nice about this place except their AI responses are quick...just not helpful.

Very poor quality products (material was unwearable), took an age to arrive and then made it pretty much impossible to return for a refund within 30 days. I ended up just chucking the T shirts away.

Please also be aware that the 4 star reviews are all written by Ardor and are just as fake as their awful merchandise, they even use the exact same reviews on their site. Do not fall prey to this scam company

I wish I could give this SCAM no stars! Disgusting, unwearable clothes. The dress I ordered was entirely see through, excess material made me look like I had an inflated bubble on my stomach, gaping top. Cheap and disgusting! Wouldn’t refund despite numerous photos showing that the item sent looked NOTHING like the photo. Item I ordered was Hope V neck split dress DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY

Ardor Sydney is the worst company to deal with. First they are phony making everyone think they are in Sydney!!! Then there clothes take 3 weeks to come and they won't let you send them back when there faulty and very crapily made. Do not purchase off this company. Absolutely utterly awful to deal with. Worst online shopping experience ever. Hope this review makes them shut there doors as they care nothing for the customer and there clothes are crap and ridiculously expensive thinking that your getting quality clothes. Poor customer service. Crap China made ugly clothes.

Deceiving. They say high quality but they aren't. Steer clear. My original shoes were kind of ok. Except they came a bit damage with a scratch on the material so they gave me credit which I used to get 2 pairs of shoes. Only one pair arrived and again very back quality.. very soft material and would not even hold on to my ankle. Unsure whats happened with the other pair. Waste of money.

Do not have anything to do with this company. I ordered 2 dresses and tried to cancel within 24 hours, but was u successful. The dresses arrived they are horrible. Cheap fabric. Nothing like the illustration.
Trying to return and get a refund, they don’t refund. Disgusting company, they should be banned. They use a title Ardor Sydney to lead you to believe they are Australia company, they are Chinese all orders come from China.

I ordered the three shirts from Ardor Sydney on the 2/1/25 two shirts arrived on the 21/1/25.
Once I realised that they were just from Temu rebranded I tried to cancel my order including the one I have not received as yet. But no refund has arrived.
The two shirts that have arrived they are horrible like they are made from plastic. Totally unwearable in Australia. The fabric is terrible.

Would a legitimate business address your email… Hi fool. Worst online experience I have ever had. Ordered a dress that was out of stock despite being advertised for sale and they are refusing to give my money back. 100%a scam. Note to everyone to research reviews before purchase. Hope people see this review and steer clear, don’t waste your hard earned money.

Bastards won't refund me for the "wool" boots that are made of plastic inside and out.
I sent them back to China in October, they just arrived here now.

I received an email on 17/12/2024 saying my order #21791 was on the way. Allow 3-9 days. It is now one month later no order. Also I have sent several emails requesting a refund of my order. I have had no reply. My next step is to report this. Sylvia Tomlinson I should mention that this order was placed as a birthday gift for my Grandson. His birthday has long gone!!???

I ordered a Chloe Jumper (order #15463) which was on sale, for an overseas trip as warm items were not readily available in the local shops due to season differences. When it did not arrive before I left, I assumed I had not ordered early enough. On my return I followed up and asked when I could expect delivery.
Despite my repeated requests, I have been refused a refund and only offered a credit voucher to be spent on other items.
This smells of bait and switch, offer for sale an item that is not available and force a purchase of unwanted items. I have no interest in the other items sold by the company, I was just interested in this particular multi coloured cardigan.
Edited to add, the jumper I ordered is still being advertised on the website but I can not get the item, or a refund, despite repeated requests.
