Worst Company I Have Ever Dealt With!!
If I could give 0 stars or minus stars I would.
I warn potential customers DO NOT BUY any products from this company. I bought shoes that were advertised as orthopaedic shoes, and are definitely NOT - FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, the size is super small and made as cheaply as possible. I have sent a dozen emails asking for a refund as the shoes don’t fit with photos showing they don’t fit me, even though they are supposed to be a size 11, and they refuse to refund me the money for the return of the shoes. Just offering a 50% store credit of the price I paid for the shoes, so only a store credit for half of what I paid for them, not even a 100% credit for the price I paid for the shoes!!!
Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful customer service (if you can call it that) and thieves as well.
For your sake stay away and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Save yourself the hassle and your money!!

Recently purchased a shoe item from this company and wanted to return product as did not meet my expectations at all. I have tried on 4 occasions to return the product for a refund but keep getting offers to keep the product and receive a store credit far less than the item cost. To date they will not refund the amount of the item and are fobbing me off. Would never use this company again and they should have a minus star rating.

Cheap horrible quality men’s shirt, sent a shirt with a different pattern then what was ordered. The shipping time was ridiculous too. Will try for a refund but don’t like my luck. They run out of Hong Kong so don’t think your getting quality products

Very disappointed with Ardor Sydney. Purchased a dress only to find out on arrival that the picture of the dress and the finished article where very different. The material was more like shower curtain material and cheaply made. Contacted AS to return the dress. They kept offering me various deals to keep the dress but under no circumstance would I. I even paid a further $25.35 in return postage to rid myself of the dress. During this negotiation AS informed me that the dress was only worth $10 and to put this amount on the postage. Posted the dress back on 20th December, today the 13th march it Bounced Back-undelivered. Have since read various reviews to discover this is AS usual behaviour, so they don't have to Return Funds. They are a scam so please do your due diligence. Contacted PayPal today and hope they will believe my story and recover my funds. The cost of postage is a right-off. AS even had the cheek to ask me for a rating on their service, knowing full well they're a scam. That I believe shows utter contempt for the consumer(I wouldn't give a star rating but you have to give something). If your considering buying from AS please do your due diligence first.

Absolute scam -- what they deliver is not what you ordered, if you do send it back (at your expense) they refuse to accept the return from the Postal Service in Ningbo so China Post has to send it back. Luckily Visa will refund the money instantly if you raise the problem with them. Ardor claims the return was never cleared by Customs, but Auspost has documented the release and the Refusal to accept the return by Ardor. This is truly a scam company. STAY AWAY!

Misleading site that implies they are in Sydney but is china based buying from 3rd party shein or temu with 500% markup.

Will offer credit instead of refund, then 10% then 20% then 30% refund to keep item. If given return address that will cost you $40+ to return to China return never happens as they won't pay customs fee, will say it didn't arrive and then that it passed 30 day return policy.

Will still try to claim they are Australian based company but cannot provide any Australian address or contact.

I'm just glad I paid with PayPal to get my losses covered. I hope there's a way to shut their website down so no more get scammed.

Scam, shipped low quality items different from advertised. Refused to refund, I have sent clothing back and they still have not refunded me or replied to my email of shipped item.

They are a SCAM, items advertised does not match what is sold, any postive review seen is purchased and not real.

I wished that I had read the reviews first.
Hopefully PayPal can help me.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ABSOLUTLEY ATROCIOUS TO DEAL WITH - I BROUGHT A DRESS WHICH WAS JUST A CHEAP KNOCKOFF FROM CHINA WHEN IT ARRIVED & THAT DIDNT FIT PROPERLY - I THEN ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY PUSHED & OFFERED A STORE CREDIT SO I ORDERED ANOTHER DRESS WHICH WAS GASTLY AS WELL AND NOW THEY ARE SAYING I CANNOT EVEN EXCHANGE IT AS IT WAS BROUGHT WITH A STORE CREDIT AND THATS THEIR POLICY TO NOT EXCHANGE ON A STORE CREDIT - THEY CAN NOT SEND ME PROOF OF THIS POLICY NOR IS IT WRITTEN ANYWHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE.
THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH AFTER YOU PURCHASE.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID AT ALL COST......
IT'S NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE AND YOUR TIME TO DEAL WITH THEM AFTER YOU HAVE MADE A PURCHASE AS THEY THEN HAVE YOUR MONEY AND ARE JUST NOT INTERESTED IN HELPING YOU ANY FURTHER AFTER IT.

What an atrocious company to deal with!
I purchased a dress from Ardor, when it did arrive it did not even look like the dress I ordered. Trying to return item proved very difficult, they want you to keep original item and give back 30% I insisted on returning for full refund but months on I am still waiting as they state item not received!
It’s appalling, they are a sham, buyer beware

Shame that you have to select even 1 star rating, clothing does not even come with labels but their returns policy states garments must have labels on for returns
CREDIT CARD SCAM in disguise, after purchase transaction 3 additional transactions were made until the card had to be cancelled

Don't buy from this company, the shipping is extremely slow, the products are poor quality and sizing is all over the place.
It cost me Aus$65.00 to return the items only to have it "return to sender" due to some type of hoax customs duties.
They market themselves as "ARDOR-SYDNEY"but they have no link to Sydney or even Australia, they base all their shipping out of China.
Be warned, this company is a sham.

Don't buy from them.

Their own site doesn't allow reviews under 4 stars.

The quality of the items is poor. They have NOTHING to do with Sydney or Australia.

The link on the email to customer support gets flagged with security pop up warnings.

There are hundreds of 1star reviews and people reporting this company to the ACCC for their return processes.

The 5star reviews they do have seem to be written in Google translate where one claims that the "patient" was helpful in choosing stylish designs.

I placed an order on 3rd December 2024. Today is the 19th February 2025 and I still haven’t received my item. This was a Christmas present for my daughter. I have contacted the support team numerous times with no actual answers. I’ve asked for a refund and they have told me they can’t do that due to my item being in transit! I then asked where my item is and there’s no response again. I have now asked another 2 times for a refund. After reading all the other reviews it appears they have done me a favour by not sending it as I can’t imagine what cheaply made item I have purchased. I thought this was an actual site that sells Pink Palm Puff hoodies. Not some dodgy dupes company. I have reported this to ACCC awaiting the follow up.
Save your money and don’t purchase from this company!
