Poor service, the worst incompetent company, very pathetic, it's three weeks now I have been waiting for my parcel. I think a spaza shop runs a better business than this useless company. You have definitely lost me and my entire community as costumers.

I want to give them zero stars because of the poor service I received from Aramex. It’s been 2 whole weeks and my package still hasn’t arrived. A lady from the company called me yesterday telling me I’ll receive my package today. That was a lie because it’s still not here . When I try to complain on the website the website refuses to let me log the complaint. Not only am I upset I’m outraged by thru poor service

If i had an opportunity to give 0 star, i would do. They never contacted me instead they claimed that i was not available/reachable. The call centre is helpful so they did phone me to verify this and i was reachable.

Useless drivers . I have not received my parcel up to date

Stayed home all day, 18:20 get failed delivery notification
Phoned office on Saturday, WRONG address AND phone number. Clearly corrected.
Another failed delivery again today, even though phoned in the morning to verify address & contact number!

Useless. Did not even contact me to tell me they couldn't deliver. Drove 30 km to fetch my item from them. Used their address on Google. And telephone number. Number not working. So drove. Only to find them closed on a Saturday.

I intentionally took a work from home day to receive my package and apparently they tried to deliver it but I wasn't home, when I was home entire time. I never received a call at all. Then I rescheduled for it to be dropped off at my office and they delivered it to a random person and now we can't find the package. Call centre super helpful but the driver is useless.

Aramex Johannesburg has got to be the worst hub. Since the 19th June I have been receiving messages that my package is out for delivery. I communicated with an agent telephonically as well as liaised with 2 agents on Whatsapp who all confirmed that my package would definitely be delivered today, even if it is after hours, this did not happen. This is very disappointing as I reiterated the importance of receiving the package today.

This company should never be used. How can one contact Shein? There tracking is horrible. Every update looks like a 3 year old did it. The customers urgency doesn’t bother them.

They are simply horrible at what they do, from the top of management to the customer care and the drivers it seems nobody knows what they are doing and they don't care. With other companies as soon as your parcel reaches SA you know it's coming the next day or the day after... with aramex it has been a week and after sending many queries without feedback I called and was told it will be two weeks more. I wish the company would just shut down because sometimes we don't choose aramex but some shops want to use aramex. So disappointing. I would never choose Aramex when given a choice.

I hope they lose more customers and close this piece of k*k company. Very slow, poor service, they don’t take calls, they direct you to WhatsApp communication and they respond what is not asked. Can they stop picking up my orders. I didn’t ask them to and they always deliver very late. Useless courier company.

Can I give this company 0 stars? They are unprofessional & don't give a s..t about customer support. Don't believe me? Just try and call them for information about your package, u'll wait and wait for a response and the calk will drop. Call them to enquire how much it'll cost to courier a package & instantly they respond. Conclusion : They are happy to take your money, but not happy to provide feedback as to the whereabouts of your package. What a sh.t company. If you can avoid them, do so

The worst of the worst! Losing package after package and blocking any possibility to contact their so-called "customer support"!
My inquiry about the package they lost in 2018 is still "being processed"!
I can't believe that wrack is not out of business and eBay still uses them for international shipping!

I logged for collection since I wanted to return the product i had brought, the collection was scheduled for the 3rd of March but no one came and I did not get anything stating why. They came the following monday, pleased them to wait for me since I was 15 minutes away from the house, they told me that's too long long they'll come back on Tuesday but they never came. Called customer services the following monday, and they said they'll send someone who came today and called, unfortunately my phone froze I couldn't answer, calling him back after a minute, a mere minute! He tells me he came to collect but he's gone now.

Their services are not good, why don't they notify the customer before time if they're coming so that if they're not around they make arrangements. Also, the issue of calling while outside, why can't they wait for at least five minutes to move to the next point??

I used to buy my products from Shain using other logistics, I won't mention the name, until they changed me to Aramax, Aramax is very expensive compared to the other one

I found their tracking system good until I had to query a message stating 'attempt to contact customer failed'. I got hold of a Julia on their whatsapp platform. She made me wait for half an hour to respond to my repeated requests like 'Julia are you still there?' and 'Julia please let's get this finalised'. Julia spoilt an otherwise good review, she should not be allowed to service this platform.

This is the worst experience. Very slow! Paid R100 to have package delivered door to door and it's day 5! Please speed up this process.

Aramex George branch read the correct delivery address wrong and phoned me. I gave driver directions but he opt to go back to his office without my parcel being delivered. I phoned twice and they promise to come back to me, needless to say they did not. I cannot recommend such poor service.

Aramex is the worst courier company in South Africa. My parcel was sent from Checkers Durban 13 Dec 2022, for home delivery in Queenstown. To date parcel has not been received. Tracking number DBP48125964014 indicates out for delivery since 15 Dec, when following up with the company no one knows what's going on. Tried to escalate the issue but that did not help, parcel is still "in transit". A word of advice to anyone looking to use Aramex, DON'T. Save yourself the inconvenience. My son's prescription glasses are still undelivered, we are back in Durban now, if they eventually get delivered in Queenstown, we will have to incure the cost of using a much more efficient courier company like DHL to send the package back to Durban. Never again! Aramex should just close shop, go back to the drawing board and fix their operational inefficiencies if they want to remain in business.
