Took along time for a decision to be made as to what needed to be done to washing machine……3 separate visits
Then a man from whirlpool came and took every part out of machine leaving just the case then put new back rebuilding washing machine.
A new one three weeks ago would have saved visits and the time for whirlpool to make new. I must say that he was very efficient and made an excellent job.

The phone call was answered quickly
The phone call was answered quickly, the operator was very helpful. The engineer came 2days later , diagnosed the problem, ordered the part came 6 days later to fit it. Arrived exactly on time to fit the part.

Misleading wording
I purchased an ApplianceServe Kitchen Care Plan expecting that if my appliance couldn't be repaired, it would be replaced with one of a similar specification. My original appliance was a premium Hisense French Door model with a plumbed water supply and automatic ice dispensing. ApplianceServe acknowledged that the replacement they offered did not have any of these features but maintained that it was still of "similar specification". After exhausting their complaints process, I remain disappointed that their interpretation of "similar specification" differs so significantly from what I believe most customers would reasonably expect. Very disappointing customer service.

Broken drum replaced
I phoned after my washing machine started being very loud when in spin mode. The whole process was smooth and easy from the first phone call. I was kept informed at all stages.
The Engineers turned up and were very courteous. They removed the old drum, replaced it and took the "broken" one away. No mess for me to clean up! Brilliant service

Quick and efficient service
I reported a problem with my washing machine. I was contacted the same day with an appointment for the following day.
The engineer arrived punctually. He was friendly and helpful. He tested the machine and spent time diagnosing the problem.
Unfortunately it was not something that he could fix. It was due to low water pressure so he advised me to contact my landlord.
Very happy with the service I received.
