Opticron Discovery WA ED 8 x 32 bought at great price and delivered safely the next day.

I have difficulty getting a clear view with binoculars but tried a friend's before buying.

Looks like Viking Optical sell a very wide range of makes and should be worth visiting in person for a try out

After accidentally damaging my binoculars, I contacted the team to ask about repairs and was very impressed by how quickly they responded. Communication was great throughout the whole process and my binoculars were returned very promptly, fully repaired via tracked delivery. Great customer care and after-sales support. Would highly recommend.

Viking were very helpful in helping me with my problem,
they advised on the necessary course of action and how
long it would take. They also said that the courier would
let me know when the binoculars would be deliverd.

Good company to deal with. Dropped off my Kowa99 Prominar Scope for a minor repair under warranty. All sorted and in addition a nice service on the Scope. Well packed and returned by overnight courier.

Was not sure what to do about my damaged Olympus binoculars which were a birthday gift to me about 10 years ago. Felt I could not throw them out and they sat in my car boot for three years as I dithered! The free repair assessment process was really attractive to get a professional opinion before chucking them. Paid for the postage and really pleasantly surprised to be advised they could be repaired, lenses recalibrated and an overall clean and service for what was I felt a really fair price! The communication from staff was really excellent throughout the process. Chuffed to bits! Thank you.

I needed a replacement set of objective lens covers for my Viking binoculars. I contacted the retailer from whom I'd purchased them, and within three days my replacement covers arrived free of charge. What great service!

I had lost one of the lens cap on my Viking binoculars. I contacted them and was advised they would take a few days to deal with my very small query. It took a little longer (a day or so) than they anticipated and as a gesture when they contacted me offered to give the cap free, no p&p either. Excellent customer service thank you.

Just needed a rubber eyecup for my bins, exactly the right one delivered. The people I spoke to were friendly and knowledgeable. Would totally recommend Viking optical LTD. When I need anything else optically related, I’ll definitely go back as a first port of call. Many thanks all. Ian Twentyman.

I sent my Celestron Skymaster binoculars to Viking for repair. I was told to begin with by Edward the cost of the repair and the postage back and this is what was charged with no hidden extras. I would like to thank Viking for their friendly and informative customer service (Edward) and for their quality and speed of the repair, even though it was a make of binoculars that Viking don't retail themselves. Absolutely brilliant service. Filled in the form, sent binoculars in, 1 week later I had a phone call with a quote for the clean and repair. All the work done and binoculars returned as good as new in the most secure packaging possible. A really good experience for this customer.

Outstanding customer service - I lost one of the lens caps on my 8x42 binoculars so contacted Viking Optical. They replaced it free of charge. I contacted them on a friday 10 minutes before they closed and received the item the following wednesday through the post. A service definitely deserving a full 5 stars.

I needed spares for my Viking binoculars which I had bought years but couldn’t remember what model they were! A photo sorted it out and following an incredibly helpful, friendly and fast response the parts were with me and binoculars fixed.
