My cooker hood extractor stopped extracting though the lights still worked. I contacted Apelson Appliances who sent out an engineer, he removed the circuit board, both the carbon filters and a light bulb, and came across a stubborn screw before deciding it was a 2 man job. He then shoved the circuit board and filters back in without fixing them back in place. The hood no longer works at all and must be turned off at the wall because it is an electrical hazard. The engineer won't return to rectify his 'work' Apelson, while super keen and quick to reply to emails when you may be about to give them money have remained oddly quiet on this subject

Very good quality filters and fitted perfection I would definitely recommend using this company as they keep you upto date with all the delivery details and was packaged extremely good and was very quick delivery and was hassle free from the start to the finish

The mower was sent in a box to Kingfisher, all arranged on line then 3 days later, yes 3 days later it was returned to us fully repaired and working. Brilliant, efficient and pleasant. I wish the rest of my life was as simple.

The product I required was really easy to find, the ordering was simply with no hassle.
Delivery was very quick and the package (a glass plate for microwave) was wrappped extremely well to prevent breakage during transportation.

I ordered and paid for replacement glass for a cooker hood. All went well, soon I got a message from Apelson saying it had been dispatched to DPD for delivery. Days later DPD still hadn't got it. I had no contact from Apelson, so I asked them by email what was happening. Again no response at all from Apelson but money just reappeared as refund in my Paypal account.

Excellent choice of product and service
