Items were out of stock despite showing in stock online. I was offered a different item or a refund. I chose the refund. After the stated time, no refund had been made. I have chased twice, and been told "We will speak to accounts" and not heard back since.

Delivered without issue.

Sent a support request on 15th Dec regarding an item I had purchased from them. Was allocated a ticket. Chased for a response now on two occasions, but still no response.

Pretty terrible experience with 4gon. Started using them as they have unifi stuff cheapest price for resale - did 2 orders with them fine. third order, paid for next day delivery and it didn't turn up. 1 week later 4gon were telling me that they hadn't done anything wrong and my issue is with their courier. They kept telling me to phone the courier (APC) who do not have a phone number for the depot available to the public... 3 weeks later I still do not have the stock and I still do not have a refund.... I lost money by having contractors onsite unable to do any work as this stuff didn't turn up, I ended up ordering it all from another distributor who delivered it next day (near christmas) - currnetly I have paid for all this stuff twice and 4gon are being very slow at producing a refund. Apparently manager has approved a refund without the lost package being returned by APC (absolutely crazy) but I still have not actually been refunded. There is much better distributors around selling this stuff fractionally more expensive - if you value your time and have a decent account manager there, then just buy it there. I have bought thousands of thing in the last 20 years selling IT and genuinely I've not had a distributor issue dealt with so poorly and so heavily pushed onto the customer to resolve - spend money where they actually care and treat you well.

Normally a good company to deal with, but had an issue with a lengthy RMA request which took months.
Finally got there with the help of the lovely Louise Williams.

Good prices but received limited customer service when delivery was delayed and we had to rearraneg a job. We've also had delayed issuing of credit in the past.

Great service, support and delivery. Look no further than these guys.

I placed an order on Tuesday 28th October, which was just after the 4pm cut-off for next day delivery. However when the delivery didn't arrive on Thursday I was told it would be sent out on a pre-12pm delivery for the following day and I'd be issued a refund for the next day delivery. That wasn't a lot of use to me seeing as I was supposed to be leaving at 7am on Friday to install the kit that I should have already received, but it would have to do. I duly rescheduled the install for Monday and waiting for the delivery the following day.

When it arrived, one of the items was missing. I was unwilling to upset my customer once again, so went ahead with the install on Monday and then needed a repeat visit later that week to install the missing item (a round trip of just over 200 miles!).
To date I still have not received the refund promised, nor have I received an acknowledgement of the email I sent them on Friday 31st October.
I've used 4Gon for many years, but it appears they've been bought out by another company and the service level appears to have fallen off a cliff. I will be avoiding them in future.

I really like 4Gon. They have a breadth of knowledge about their product line. They are always happy to discuss requirements and products and can be relied upon to deliver consistently.
They are my first stop when looking for relevant products
I have attended their Ubiquiti Wi-Fi training and accreditation which is a good course to attend.
The only reason for a not giving the 5 stars is that they do tend to be out of stock of Ubiquiti items that others can supply so I assume their stock levels are not kept as high as others in the UK.

Excellent, thoughtful & well explained tech support. I purchased the 1 hour package and connected with Russell within minutes. He should teach this stuff - I am not very technical, so he took the time to explain what he was doing + why it was doing it. I dropped the phone for 10 mins to go and reset some hardware, in that time he had a proper look at my set up through remote desktop and made comprehensive notes on how to improve it. 100% recommend Russell - top lad.

Ordered MikroTik devices over 2 weeks ago and so far the order is not yet processed

Took no responsibilty for incorrect pricing on their site, wasted a lot of my time placing an order only for them to demand more money from me because of their mistake. Very unprofessional.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Accommodated me at the drop of a hat rather than making me wait weeks for a slot. Completed the task quickly and efficiently. Stock and delivery plus the easy to use website made it an easy task to order the parts needed.

The parts were in stock at a very reasonable price and delivery was exactly as stated.
