Not cool I can’t see much of my report…

Not cool I can’t see much of my report even though I have a free trial and my score is completely different to other credit scores. I’m truly not amused

This information is supplied to us by your provider and we can help you correct the information by using the data dispute process. As we don't own the data, we'll manage the dispute with the data supplier on your behalf. Once the dispute has been raised, the company has 21 days to respond to it. While this is happening, we'll add a note to your Equifax Credit Report so that any organisations looking at it are aware that the information is under dispute. If you prefer, you can get in touch with the company directly and ask for changes to be made at the earliest opportunity. If you are successful, you can ask the company to ensure records are updated at Equifax and any other Credit Reference Agencies as soon as possible.

Worthless

Worthless, cant write a decent dispute on their website. Phone calls are handled by ignorant AI who understands NONE of her own prompts!! Never transfers you to an agent/human and website has no section to write or complain to customer service. Worse Credit reporting agency. All about the Creditors never about the Consumer, unless you want to pay for their EXTRA programs. Free membership offers nothing.

Nightmare trying to get ID verification.

Tried to get ID verification - nightmare!. I submitted a few documents as required - Passport, Driving Licence, Bills. They rejected the documents on the basis that my date of birth on those documents according to them is incorrect!! But it is the only one I’ve got! I tried three times …no way out of that one is there.

Support......what support?

Linked to my previous review for support - 260311-6119232

You have to sign-up to a separate "Support" account to get any help - after trying through that, someone said.....yep account all good to go now (after I again uploaded all necessary information). But guess what.....nope. Still no account access. Then got told "Oh it's a tech issue our end....sorting it.....will get back to you....." - nothing. Nada. I again reached out TWO WEEKS later........now locked out of "Support" account too and still can't get into main account.

Seriously - I am not sure why I'm bothering at this point. If a company like this can't even get their systems sorted........should they even be having access to so much data......

Don't give me a number to ring.........you have mine...so ring it. OR guess what?? You could actually email me!!

Useless website and app

Useless website, impossible to get around the technical hangups. Logging in takes me directly to the frozen card verification page (the card has been verified numerous times on the bank's side). There is no way to bypass this frozen page, as even logging in via the app will redirect you to the same frozen page. There is also no way of canceling the trial or subscription. Nobody to contact either as I never received a confirmation email after signing up.

Edit 13/4/26: Now the website says my identity could not be verified (after it prevented me from completing the form). Instead of allowing me to start over, it has now locked me out. There's no email to contact, and I'm not about to call any phone number and be messed about pressing numbers and waiting half an hour on queue.

EQUIFAX Is A Cowboy CRA.

EQUIFAX needs to change it's name EQUILAX, on account of the rubbish coming-out with regard to my excellent Credit Status. This is yet another cowboy Credit Reference Agency, along with it's stooge: CLEARSCORE. They are unable to mark their own homework as seen in Ref: 260320-6148080. Their staff are unable to speak and understand English on the phone. They are incompetent, illiterate, and without Management, and need to be closed-down soonest. They also need to be ignored by Consumers, and Lenders, who should be referring to a proper CRA: ESPERIAN. If the above cowboy really is "Regulated" by the FCA, then that too is not a Regulator, but merely a Dreamer of their FCA Consumer Duty, which has no Plan for Implementation = FCA Not Fit For Purpose !
As for the Financial Ombudsman, don't waste your time with this Trade Union for the Financial Sector, they too need to be closed-down !
