La peor experiencia de compra de mi vida.

Hice un pedido el día 27 de mayo de 2021 de un cabezal TC Electronic BH800 y una pantalla 4x10. Me han notificado hasta 3 retrasos y siguen sin confirmar la entrega. El problema es que no tienen stock del cabezal pero ellos lo tienen a la venta.
He solicitado el envío de la pantalla y una solución para el cabezal.

I ordered a tcelectronic BH800 Headbass+4x10 Cabinet last may, 27th. Andertons has delayed it three times because they hasn't bh800 in stock but they continue selling it.
I required they send me the cabinet and a solution for BH800.

I ordered a free floating copper shell to switch with my crystal beat acrylic free floating snare, I was with most of the drum team after I was told it may be delayed due to covid fair enough
After some time 10 months! Anderson’s we’re told it had been discontinued !
Rob dealt with the company and told them about there service, luckily there was a phosphor bronze in stock (Europe) and Rob had negotiated a deal because of their customers excessive wait which saved me a lot and threw in a free smoke P77 head
The delay was the drum companies error but the service and communication with the drum team at Anderson’s especially Rob was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone 1st class 👍thank you

My only wish is that I lived nearer the shop, although my bank balance wouldn't agree.

I ordered a guitar in November 2020, and have just received a substitute at the end of March 2021.
I understand that Covid-19 has disrupted production and deliveries, so am quite willing to accept delay.
What I cannot understand is why Andertons never kept me up to date each time the order was deferred. I had to contact them each month. Hanging on an expected delivery to Andertons on March 25th, which did not happen, I changed my order. They might be doing their best, but as a customer that is not apparent to me.
I definitely will not be using them again.

Don't believe a word they say, stock issues and poor communications was my experience with my online order. I purchased a guitar for my sons birthday which never arrived; what followed was a pack of excuses which I can only I assume was meant to keep me hanging on until more stock arrived. We eventually received THE WRONG GUITAR which they arranged collection of but then I was passed from person to person, non of them willing to be honest with me about when I was going to receive my order; always assuming I would wait for it to arrive. I chose to cancel my order, I'm now waiting for my refund.
I did manage to get the same guitar at the same price deliverd in less than 24hrs from a renound retailer in Brighton - see my other review!

Ordered an effect pedal and patch cables on 2 Jan, received on 6 Jan to a Northern Irish address. Stuff was brand new, very competitive price, and shipped via DPD, and a small question I had about delivery was answered in a friendly manner.

Will happily use again.

i purchased blackstar ht5r amp, wich developed a fault, they collected it next day and returned it fixed, verry good thanks andertons.

I bought a Fender Stratocaster by mail order after seeing one of their YouTube reviews. The guitar was poorly set up, the tone pots were on wrong, the gig bag looked like it had been used before and the documentation was water damaged. I was terribly disappointed. They agreed to replace it - which they did quickly and efficiently - and the one that subsequently arrived was perfect. Just a shame they didn't send it to me first time around.

I ordered a Jazzmaster from Andertons and couldn't be happier with Anderton's service. I originally ordered a Jaguar but decided to change the order. The team were helpful and sorted it out straight away. The order came earlier than was predicted.

Purchased a PRS S2 Singlecut guitar. It was sent in its gig bag, loose inside a cardboard box. Zero care or attention was paid to the packaging: it was non existent. There was also a finishing defect around the stud well of one of the bridge posts.

This one should be one of the most famous European musical stores, right? Well, they're talented in creating useful and well-made YouTube videos, but they're undoubtedly the worst musical shop I have ever had experience with (by far the worst shopping experience of my life).
I'm pretty sure no one else could have treated me worse than that: that was my first and surely last purchase at Andertons.

More than one month ago I ordered two effect pedals. They were temporarily out of stock, so it was kind of a pre-order.
Long story short: the pedals should have arrived on 25th September (or even a little earlier) to their store; however, today I'm still waiting for Andertons to dispatch my order.
Every single time the estimated date turned out being incorrect (and by that I mean that on the same day there were no dispatch notifications of any kind, nor even anything about any possible delay) I had to write them an email to discover that there had been further delays on the restock of the items. Yesterday marked something like the 6th time that this keeps happening: in the morning I wrote them another email to make sure that at least that time the date was correct and -surprise surprise- in the afternoon they replied saying there's another delay!
I swear, this is freaking unbelievable...

In conclusion:
- if there are issues with your order, they'll never let you know unless you write them something about it.
- their estimated dates are completely fake and will change on a daily basis or something.
Actually, I'm starting to think this is some kind of scam, so I suggest you completely avoid this store.

Thanks go to the Repair department for transparency and honesty over the completion of a ticket I submitted back in May. I believe both myself and Andertons were not aware of certain automated issues relating to Zendesk, the sales and aftersales customer engagement software. As such a couple of tickets I raised got lost within it.

I’m glad to say these tickets have now been resolved. The core issues I now believe were more related to the manufacturers and not Andertons, coupled with the current COVID situation.

Would I use Andertons again? Absolutely, I have never doubted their ability to process orders in a competent and timely manner. Also the engagement they have with customers, post sales, is such that it keeps you in the picture of current/new technology that is available.
The delivery service has also proven to be very capable in the current circumstances.

My one and only reason for not giving 5 stars is due to the amount of different team members that attended to the Zendesk tickets. This got confusing and at times stressful as on more than one occasion I had to go back to the beginning with a new customer service team member.

Bought an item on Sunday afternoon and was at my door next day on Monday Morning. Fantastic service.

I purchased Yamaha MODX8 on the 18th August 2020 and was given a lead time of 31/08/2020 to have the item in stock. I have waited since this while and nothing has been delivered. Be careful and take time to read carefully on the webpage before buying from Andertons.

Great service from andertons. Well packed,delivered on time and a follow up email with links to tutorials for the akai mpc.

I bought a Fender Telecaster with travel bag, it was a good purchase, bought in store though so not a representation of an online experience.

By visiting the shop I was able to test a few guitars beforehand. The staff were really helpful.

Andertons are quick, competitively priced and helpful.Good range of products; loyalty points and willing to talk if you need advice. My only problem is with the guys who do the video product reviews: cut the spiel and get on with the reviews.We just want to know about the products not about the guys doing the reviews.
