Große Enttäuschung
Hallo, ich rate jedem ab, der eine Überlegung macht, für Amazon-Flex Pakete auszuteilen. Ich habe mich vor ca. 2 Jahren für München beworben, wurde nach langer Hintergrundsprüfung irgendwann dann doch aufgenommen und war Lieferpartner. Auto immer prokenvoll gewesen, keine Wertschätzung für Lieferpartner. Im Gegenteil! Man kann von denen jederzeit ohne Grund rausgeschmissen werden. Bei mir z.B. mit einer 100-prozentigen Bewertung war es plötzlich trotz gebuchter Blöcke nicht mehr möglich, in das Amazon-Flex App einzuloggen. Eine Woche herumtelefoniert und zig mal E-Mails an Amazon-Flex-Support gesendet. Keine Hilfe! Ich stecke nun in Schulden, weil ich sogar ein Lieferfahrzeug auf Kredit erworben hatte und nicht mal 2 Jahre es nutzen konnte. Also Finger weg, es bringt nichts!!!

Yesterday was my first day working for amazon flex. I always wanted to know what was It about. In my experience it wasn't that bad, but could it be better if the route were closer to where we pick up or at least if were able to pick our own route, just like we pick the pick up location. for example, I pick up in Norcross at 6:45 and my route was all the way to Marietta GA. I was supposed to be finished by 10:45 but it took me an hour longer to finish, I made my home at 11:45. One more thing, I think if the routes are going to be that far then the pay rate should be more because the fuel is very expensive and for some of us is not going to be worth it.

I was AmazonFlex delivery partner for a year and one day I get an email fromt hem saying due to "technical error" we had to close your account, create a new one. After a month of fighting to have them fix my account they told me " further communications regarding this account will be ignored"
I created a new account and they say now " we are not accepting new delivery partners in your area" So basically this leaves me in a situation where they kicked me out for no good reason and left me out to dry. Contacting them to look into this gets no results. I know that there is many blocks to grab and work because my fiancee continues to work and make money... Whereas I am just dismissed.
Be careful when you apply because when there is any sort of issue that requires human brain to investigate - you will always get some robotic preset algorithmmic response and no actual help.

Unfaire Firmenphilosophie. Falls man 2 Minuten zu spät kommt, da man im Verkehr stecken bleibt, wird man unfairer Weise im Ranking heruntergestuft. Seitdem bekomme ich kaum Aufträge. Wie kann es sein dass man wenn man einmal Probleme auf der Strecke hat, während der Fahrt rechtzeitig den Support kontaktiert, 2 Minuten dermaßen zum Problem werden können? Ich habe 9 mal das Unternehmen über diesen Missstand informiert, jedoch ohne Erfolg. Ich habe meine Arbeit immer zur vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt und meine Kunden waren immer super glücklich. Hätte nie gedacht dass das so endet. The support ist nicht wirklich ernst zu nehmen. Zum Teil wissen sie nicht wo sie die Probleme hin delegieren sollen.

The staff at depots..
I have been working hard for Amazon Flex for five months. I never had an issue until about two weeks ago. A shift manager, the type who says "don't you know who i am? i'm a manager!" That type, makes a problem for me and takes my run away. After being soft locked for a week, Flex get back to me and reinstate my account after "said" manager reported me for a policy violation.
I attend shifts after this with no problems or issues and then out of the blue, i get stopped at the gate, not allowed in, Staff at the depot refuse to speak to driver support, refuse to let me get my run, tell me i'm not welcome at Amazon Flex anymore because "the manager said so".
Just like that, a different manager who is exactly like the one i described above literally lies about seeing me on CCTV throwing a traffic cone at someone at the depot.
Just like that, i can book shifts but as soon as i turn up at the gate, i get told "you're not welcome here".
You may not believe me but i genuinely did nothing wrong. The staff even refused to let take a picture of the driver register where it has my name highlighted and leaves instructions to prevent me from entering the depot. It wasn't until amazon driver support asked for a copy of this register many times did they concede and let me take a photo of it.

Not worth to even give one star. Exploiting, end of the day even not minimum wage. Avoid, avoid, avoid
Don't stress yourself to make billionaires get more rich out of your pocket.

I’m a current flex driver covering the West Midlands area.
Flex is probably the best part time job you can get. I’ve just had my standing reduced because of a couple of mistakes. Flex isn’t easy and I’d strongly recommend that anyone interested needs to know the City centre they could possibly be delivering in. You need to know where you can park and any current driving restrictions.
City centres are awful but you can go many weeks without getting a City block.
Amazon pay exactly what they say , no excuses and do that on a weekly basis. This job won’t suit everyone and I could still fail myself yet I’ve loved every minute of it.

Ausnutzerei, 50 Pakete für 3h. Man braucht länger und Amazon will dann nur 3h zahlen. Man muss parktickets ziehen, ist amazon egal. Alles in allem ein Verlustgeschäft

Please be fair to the drivers. I went for my booked slot from 1745-2045, I was happy to see only 7 parcels in the basket. The first drop was 45 mins (39 miles away). First 3 drops were within 5 miles and the remaining 4 were further up. Last parcel was 25 miles more further from the second last. It took me 1 hour 20 mins to get home. I drove 140 miles for only 7 parcels for £45 plus I’ve paid toll charges which I will not be compensated for.

If I can only give ZERO star, I WILL!!! Don’t ever think to join this delivery service! They will give you a block allotment randomly as per booked hours when you arrived on their collection point. Mostly, they will prepare a block with plenty of stops that the time allotted was was not enough. When you file a complain or feedback about it, customer service don’t care! They will always say that you were been paid sufficiently even they are aware you will go pass the booked time until your last stop! AVOID AVOID AVOID!
There are more delivery service companies that are better with amazon flex on how they treat their partners! This company only concern is their business regardless what their so called very important Driver Partners encountered situations…

Drivers support is based somewhere in India and have been given misleading information
26/02/2022 I had a 2 hour shift at 13.30 - 15.30
The same day I booked a second shift 16.00 - 18.00
As I finished my first shift I was on the way back to the depot to start my second shift and got caught in traffic. I called the drivers customer service on two separate occasions between 15.30- 16.00 and I told them i could possibly be late for my second shift
I was assured it wasn’t a problem if I arrive no more that ten minutes late and to call driver support when I get there so they can reinstate my schedule
I arrived at 16.10
Once I got to the depot a notification of a missed shift appeared on my app I continued to follow instructions and called driver support (twice ) on both occasions the call was dropped on the other line before i could speak to anyone . I eventually got through at 16.20
And spoke to Bharath customer service who advised me to write the email of complaints Extremely disappointed
The also don’t cover toll fees and on almost all of my shift they send me to locations that toll fees cannot be avoided

If I could give 0 star I would. I arrived at the Enfield Center DIG1 to start my block when one of Amazons large trolly rolled into my car causing a lot of damage.
I called Amazon and got told that someone would give me a call back. No one called or emailed to follow up on the situation.
I am no left with a damage car and will be reporting matters to the police.
Amazon do don’t care about their drivers as they would of provided alot of support.
I will be making a claim through .Gov if I have to go into my own pocket to fix my car.
I also got told that they would pay me for my 3h block and they did not pay me.

Die Produktbewertungen verlieren an Wert. Ehrliche Bewerter werden ausgeschlossen, schlechtere Bewertungen sind in der Statistik vorhanden können oft nicht aufgerufen/gelesen werden, zu viele ausländische Bewertungen angezeigt (auf Englisch, Spanisch, Französisch oder exotische Sprachen).
Amazon tut nicht genug gegen betrügerische Angebote die Gewinne über Versandkosten generieren (Produkt 1 Euro Versand aus Deutschland 16 Euro), oder gegen Verkäufer die die Gesetze des Onlinehandels nicht einhalten (Retoure ohne deutsche Retouren-Adresse für über 80 Euro [DHL Preis z.B. nach China]) oder gar mit ungültigen Retouren Adressen...
Wenig echte Hilfe von Amazon, sondern nur Call-Center. Bei geringen Werten gibt es Kulanz. Bei hohen Werten fühlt man sich allein gelassen.
Die Angebote selbst sind meist gut, die Preise sollte man aber genauer prüfen, da diese teils auch überhöht sind. Lieferung meist sehr schnell. Die Bestellinformationen sind sehr gut.
