Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service After Purchase
Ordered two chains by mistake and exchanged one for a smaller, cheaper option. The exchange was quick, and I received the new chain within a week. However, I'm still waiting for a refund for the price difference. I've emailed twice and received no response. After spending over £150, the lack of communication is really disappointing. Won’t be ordering again or recommending this company based on the poor aftercare and unresponsiveness.

Less than 4 months and gold worn off
So very upset and disappointed to see that after less than 4 months, the chain has tarnished in numerous places revealing what looks like copper, not that I care what metal is underneath... I just was hoping never to see it. I bought for my husband who doesn't do anything particularly crazy with it (he's 56) and just wears it 24 hours a day for shower etc once daily. He doesn't 'sweat' profusely or wear any spray in the neck area, or wear creams (as I say, he's 56, and very Old School where putting stuff on his face/ neck go.. To my continual horror!). Have messaged All wear to return it so we'll see how that goes.

We’ve recently upgraded many of our pieces to include double the amount of gold in the dipping process, making them much more durable for everyday wear — even in the shower — so if we can get this sorted for you, we’re confident your husband will be much happier with the replacement.

Who ever have given these reviews are either made up or liers as necklace and braclet worn 3 times and it's fading really bad. No life time warranty they don't reply and you've only 2 weeks for a refund after that they'll replace it if your lucky for a charge. You've got send old one in obs Absolute joke of a company. Pure liers and scammers stay well clear I'd go to JEWELLERY QUEEN. half the price and dosnt fade or tarnish.

Fast delivery and beautiful bracelet and well packaged with it's own presentation box and cleaning cloth with an extra storage bag ideal size for a child, just check the chain size before ordering as bigger size would be needed for an adults wrist definitely will order again:)
