Poor Quality after a week the colour had come off - accepted a refund which was done 14 days before and because it was delayed and was over by 2 days they refused to refund - AVOID -

Your return was indeed initiated on time, but as per our returns policy, items must be received back within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. In your case, the order was delivered on 15th May, and the return wasn't received until 9th June, which is outside the refund window.
We still processed your return under our extended 30-day policy, offering you store credit instead – which is clearly stated in our terms and applies to all customers equally. Additionally, your order included a buy 2 get 1 free promotion, and keeping one item meant it was no longer eligible as the free item and was therefore charged accordingly.
We’ve also asked for a photo of the bracelet you’re now looking to return under warranty so we can assist you further with that.
We're always happy to help and are committed to being fair and transparent with all customers.

This is great! I bought a chain for my husband, at the beginning I was not convinced about it.. I was afraid of delivery. The order arrived the next day which was a huge surprise about. Oh I open and shock. Lancuszek turned out to be wonderful, beautifully made, beautiful quality and additionally a guarantee.. knocked me off my feet. The product looks like it cost several thousand, there is nothing to attach to one word Wonderful! I am extremely happy, my husband is delighted, my colleagues praise. Can’t fault this company this is my go to brand when i need a new piece of jewellery, the quality is really impressive as well as the value for money i have always worn gold but when the gold prices went really high a few years ago i refused to be paying over the odds just to have a piece of jewellery so when i found all wear jewellery it was perfect as i didn’t know that items of this quality were available in a gold dipped option which look exactly like the real thing, i still continue to purchase from all wear and they have never let me down so i would highly recommend to any one looking to buy great quality without breaking the bank.

Great pieces
Had numerous bits from All Wear now, usually for statement outfit etc. I also lost a genuine chain, well it was stolen and I have replaced it with an all wear version it replicates it perfectly, weight and colour.
