Very Fast postage, huge sized bracelets and necklaces. Quality so far seems okay with no fading or tarnishing so time will tell but im definitely looking at buying another piece as my last purchase... Se mere

Necklace went black

I purchased a necklace which was beautiful and shiny but 6 weeks down the line it went black. I contacted them and they were apologetic and took it back to re dip it, another 4 weeks with the re dipped one and it’s black again. Asked for a refund but they refused so I sent it back again at my expense, to be sent an Invoice for £88 for a replacement, I’m sorry but why would I want to pay for another one to go black in 4 weeks

Awaiting delivery

Placed an order Sunday afternoon paid for next day delivery, email states would be posted on Monday which is fine, however still no updates on the courier site nor no delivery of order and no reply from emails or Facebook

My experience..I would say scammers. Dont reply any way of contact via email or chat. Very bad experience still cant sort out with returns.

So my partner got me 13mm gold gypsy…

So my partner got me 13mm gold gypsy chain and matching bracelet which started faded after a few months all wear said to return it as they would replace it but since we have returned it we have emailed them numerous times and no one is replying to the emails and we have the Royal Mail tracking receipt we have all the emails we sent and proof of no reply’s

Lifetime guarantee is just 8weeks

After just 8 short weeks of wear the chain lost its colour, turning a brassy green. It caused a skin irritation. I returned it but was told it was over 6months old. I argued this and provided proof of purchase. The chain was repla ed. After 8 weeks it happened again. This time. I returned the chain for analysis. I heard nothing for months until I sent an official complaint. Now they want me to pay almost as much as the chain cost originally to replace it. Absolute rip off. I would never buy anything from them again.

To clarify the timeline, your original order was placed on 26 June 2025, and the item was first returned to us on 28 August 2025 showing signs of wear. On that occasion, although the item had been worn, we arranged a complimentary replacement for you as a gesture of goodwill and in line with our warranty policy.

Your replacement was then used for a further period and returned to us in March 2026, again showing wear. At this point, the order was outside of the original 6-month warranty period, and as outlined in our Lifetime Warranty terms, any additional replacement after the initial free replacement is subject to a 50% replacement fee.

These terms are clearly stated at the time of purchase and are applied consistently to all customers. The reduced replacement cost reflects the provision already made and allows us to continue offering support beyond the initial warranty period.

We understand that you no longer wish to proceed, but the discounted replacement option remains available should you change your mind.

If you would like to discuss this further, please contact us directly and we will be happy to assist.

I would give a zero if I could

I would give a zero if I could! My daughters Belcher has broken for the second time. Emailed numerous times but get no response. Its been a month with no communication from them, although they managed to reply to my first review on here. Was an Xmas present. Sent back in Jan for repair. Broke again in Feb. Not even 2 months wear out of it. Terrible after sales service. Don’t waste your money!

Brought 3 pieces of jewellery sent out one wrong item I returned the order via the exact instructions they gave me it’s been a month since they’ve had the goods back won’t reply to a single email or sm inbox ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS AVOID AT ALL COST IVE HAD TO CONTACT BANK AND TRADING STANDARDS TO TRY GET MY £460 back !!!

Poor products shop else where

Poor products expensive & poor for what you get don’t buy save your money or go else where I’ve been waiting nearly 4 weeks for them to get back to me so this company isn’t chat 24/7 or contact within 72hrs at all shop else where only had the jewellery 2 weeks and it discoloured faded bad so spend else where

No longer a gold belcher bracelet

Gold belcher bracelet has lost all its colour in less than six months. Really poor quality and I didn’t expect it to happen in a such short time. Have sent emails but not had a reply.

Unfulfilled order

I made an order on 10th January 2026 and have still not received this despite numerous emails and dms. The tracking is showing that the item has been dispatched but no further information. This was a gift and the date and now passed. Extremely unhappy about the service.

They are OK when they are taking the…

They are OK when they are taking the money from you messaged them 3 times no reply bought matching necklace and bracelet only wear it at weekend if i go out and all the metal is showing it says lifetime garentee but never answer also think you have to pay 50% for re dipping plus postage not worth buying dont waste your time had a reply from them since I wrote review funny how they couldn't reply before its only a life time guaranteed because you have to pay 50% of the cost everytime it wants re dipping i only wear the jewellery when I go out so it shouldn't go to metal that quickly its cheaper to go else where and buy a new item send me a 8.00 voucher which I won't be buying anything from them so that's a waste of time

We have replied to your messages, however our emails are unfortunately bouncing back to us, which usually happens when an inbox is full or unable to receive new messages. Because of this, it’s very likely you’re not receiving our replies, rather than us not responding.

Just to clarify the warranty side as well: we do offer a lifetime warranty on gold-dipped items. This includes one free replacement within the first 6 months if there is a manufacturing issue. Outside of this period, re-dipping or replacement is offered at 50% of the item’s original value, which covers materials and labour — this is outlined in our warranty policy and is not charged unless the item is outside the free replacement window.

We genuinely want to get this resolved for you and would still be very happy to help. If possible, please try reaching out to us from an alternative email address or ensure your inbox has space so we can respond properly.
