Ive purchased from this company a few times now the quality is fantastic one of the better alternative for jewellery and the quality ive come across in many years it is made well and does not tarnish since my 2021 purchase to my recent purchase in 2025 all still in the same shape as when I first purchased the delivery was amazing and the deals they do too I could not recommend them enough if your looking for the jewellery on the highstreet at a much lower cost with the same quality and crafmanship just without the £££££ price tag

Your return was received just before the Christmas period. Our warehouse and returns team were not operating over Christmas and New Year, which unfortunately caused a backlog of returns to be processed. This is why your refund hasn’t yet been completed, not because your emails were being ignored.
Our team is back in and all returns are being sorted. As soon as your return is checked in, your refund will be processed and you’ll receive a confirmation email straight away.
If you could please reply to your latest email or send your Royal Mail tracking number over, we’ll prioritise locating your return and getting this resolved for you as quickly as possible.
