CHEAP PRODUCT THAT DOES TARNISH AND LOSE COATING AVOID 24.8.25 i logged a complaint and not 1 response I have given them ample time to reply and resolve and will now go through charge back, small courts, resolver I will have these 3 bodies handle the issue now as my time is valuable and i will wait any further for them to respond I would have taken a replacement but now i require a full refund and reserve the right to this

I bought a gorgeous gold bracelet from all wear London as a gift for my husband. I couldn’t have chosen a better company. The quality is outstanding, you couldn’t have got a better bracelet at a cheaper price elsewhere. Customer service was so friendly and helpful and communication was quick. My order arrived within 2 days which was super and my husband was over the moon with his gift. He has already picked out a chain for Christmas !

I ordered a bracelet for my husband for his birthday. I didn’t realise they came in 2 sizes and the one I ordered didnt fit. The return timeframe is 14 days and it has long passed but as a good will gesture the company have allowed me to return it for the bigger size with no extra cost! I’m absolutely delighted and I know my husband will be too. Thank you ❤️

Ordered 3 items on 4/8/2025 and returned one item for an exchange over a month ago using the correct method stated on their website. Not received the new item or a refund. Contacted their customer service via email over a week ago and still not had a response since.
Customer service clearly isn’t a priority for this company avoid at all costs!
UPDATE
I got a response over a month ago claiming my exchange has been posted out and I should receive the following day, yet I’ve received nothing and not had a response back in over a week!

Dont trust this company and wheres the conacr number

Fast delivery, easy transaction. I ordered from all wear as I was unfortunately burgled of my sentimental gold chain last year on holiday. The chain looks good and compared to my other one it is much lighter and more comfortable to wear.
