I found my Dometic Air break easily on the A&E leisure website at a very competitive price so I thought I’d take a chance as I’d never used them before. The process was so quick and simple. The order was processed and delivered within 2 days. Couldn’t be better.

I cannot praise this family run firm enough… although we have many camping shops near us in North Yorkshire we are using this firm for all our needs.

I have never experienced such appalling customer service in over 40 years of caravanning. I recently bought an awning from this company. It weighed 39 kg and they shipped it to me in a CARDBOARD BOX. When it arrived I realised it was too heavy for me to handle so I decided to return it. As you would expect the box was showing a bit of wear and tear ( normal when shipping 39kg in a cardboard box) I didn’t take any pictures of the box, I just applied some tape to secure it and completed all the returns paperwork. I arranged the return courier and paid £80.00. When it arrived back at the company they emailed me to advised that I would only get a partial refund as the box was showing some signs of damage. I objected and asked for a full refund which they refused to pay. I asked to speak to a manager but they refused this request too. I eventually wrote to the MD of the company asking him to investigate the matter and he didn’t even have the decency to reply to my letter. This company say their main business focus is on “customer satisfaction”. I would say that couldn’t be further from the truth.

Poles arrived as advised on correct date and well packaged.
The only issue is that the poles are slightly shorter, 25 mm, than the ones which are split but this will not affect the pitching of the tent overall.

Great communication with A&E at all times, fast and efficient delivery no complaints, We have not had chance to put up the Dometic All Season Air Break yet unpacked and looks ok
