Poles arrived as advised on correct date and well packaged.
The only issue is that the poles are slightly shorter, 25 mm, than the ones which are split but this will not affect the pitching of the tent overall.

Great communication with A&E at all times, fast and efficient delivery no complaints, We have not had chance to put up the Dometic All Season Air Break yet unpacked and looks ok

I made a last minute purchase on Wednesday for our camping trip to Glencoe. Thinking I plenty of time and then realised with the May day weekend fast approaching and living In what many couriers classify as ' the Highlands ' even though I'm only a few miles north of Aberdeen 🙄, I needed to pull my finger out if I wanted a mattress to make my camping trip a more comfortable one sooo after researching brands of self inflating camping mattresses, I ordered from A&E.leisure , I panicked not knowing how long it would take to get to me and worrying it may not arrive before my trip, I emailed the company and explained and asked if it was possible to ship out asap. Joe was exceptionally understanding and ensured that my order was top priority and despatched the same day and to my astonishment, I received it the following day! Panic over nothing. Top notch company, and second to none customer service and exceptional choice In courier. Thanks Mate you really are legendary! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The speed and efficiency this company shows is very refreshing in this day and age, they have very good customer service and care. Also the delivery service is second to none. The price they charge is very reasonable too.

I wanted to share our experience with Joe at A&E Leisure, as his customer service was genuinely outstanding.

We purchased a Camp Tech awning through A&E Leisure, but unfortunately it ripped after the very first use due to a fault with the awning poles. Camp Tech refused to accept any responsibility, which was incredibly frustrating.

However, Joe at A&E Leisure stepped in and completely turned the situation around. Despite the issue being with the manufacturer, and while he was still in the process of disputing it with Camp Tech, Joe handled everything professionally and efficiently. Most importantly, he ensured we weren’t left out of pocket and arranged a full refund for us.
It’s rare to come across this level of customer care, especially when the fault lies with a third party. Joe went above and beyond to support us, and we’re very grateful for his help.
Highly recommend A&E Leisure based on this experience alone.

I ordered an inflatable mattress from A & E on the 27th March 2026. The mattress wasn't cheap but I thought it was exactly what I wanted. There was a slight delay in the mattress being shipped out but about a week later, I believe, the mattress left the supplier and was picked up by Fed Ex. Fed Ex let me know when they were going to deliver, but the package never arrived. I contacted them, and asked them to deliver to a local pick up point, and that got refused too. So I changed the delivery back to my address and waited. In total I waited in for 4 days for the mattress to arrive over a period of 2 weeks. I eventually contacted A & E (a rather apt name I believe) and asked them what was going on. The customer adviser I spoke to said that she would get the mattress sent out that day to me. However, it wasn't. I e-mailed the adviser and she apologised and said she would get it sent out the next day. The day before we were going camping. It didn't arrive. So, I notified A & E again requesting a refund, and they refused stating that as the mattress had left their warehouse / facility they couldn't refund me. I then went through my credit card and asked for a refund as they package had never arrived and I wanted to use the funds to buy a mattress elsewhere. I then get a rather arsey e-mail from somebody at A & E almost threatening me because I asked for a bank refund and almost insinuating that it was my fault as A & E have a Trust Pilot rating of 4.9 apparantly. I explained it was my only way of getting my money back for an item that I had never recieved and I don't know if it had even been attempted to be delivered. And to this date A & E are disputing my refund! I had to buy another mattress elsewhere, and we missed our original camping trip and lost money accordingly. Also, I wasted 5 days waiting in for a delivery and spent loads of time trying to contact them and Fed Ex regarding this. In my view, I wouldn't use A & E if I were you. This is my own experience and I would have given them no stars if I could.

Great choice, very easy and quick process at a very competative price

A and E leisure were excellent when dealing with our awning problems and we couldn't have had a better service. I would like also to say a big thank you to Joe for his help and keeping us informed about what was happening

I ordered a coleman tent which arrived safe and sound. Great communication and packged well. Looking forward to using the tent in June.
