I only phoned for a Thule omnister 9200 awning rafter to see if it's in stock before purchase, phone the 08000869633 and get through to India with not a clue what it is. Unbelievable

Having ordered and received a Sunncamp 325 canopy, We unpacked it, and setting it along side our motorhome, we realised that we had bought the wrong size, it was too long for the awning slot, and should have ordered the 260, It had never been attached, inflated or pegged in, We contacted Quality Caravan Awnings, who just brushed us off, and sent us a copy of their T&C,s, highlighting the paragraph that states that they do not accept returns for Sunncamp awnings, (Who reads the T&C,s?) Absolutely awful response, We now have a very expensive piece of clutter in our garage, I have also contacted Sunncamp direct, and are waiting their reply. We will definitely be avoiding both Quality Caravan Awnings and Sunncamp in the future, Yes, I made a mistake, but their attitude and response was shocking.

Ordered an awning from this company over a week ago, money was been take immediately but no delivery or tracking information has been given. I've email 3 or 4 times and tried to call but no reply from email and the phone just says not available. Terrible communication. Will be going through my bank to retrieve my money

We ordered a Camptech seasonal Atlantis awning but there was an ongoing delay in the delivery date so changed it to the Savanah. The person we delt with mostly was Lea and she was so helpful. We were refunded the difference in awnings very quickly and when the free storm straps weren't included, got forwarded to us quickly. Happy with all the products and service. We had to call several times because we were not given tracking information from DHL ( this is no reflection on Quality Caravan Awnings), but every time Lea was patient and solved the problems.

I purchased my awning back in April ready for my holiday in June and great quality easy to put up as I had a two birth caravan gone to a 4 birth caravan the awnings have been great camp tech awnings been very happy with would buy again in the near future 😀

Complete disregard to the Consumer Contracts Regulation Act as the try to retain 15% of refunds for restocking. This is against the law and they only refunded the final amount after legal action and being reported to Trading Standards. Be very careful with this company. Asked on 19/08/23 to add more details as Quality Caravan Awnings would like to take the review down. As stated above, I wanted to return an item but they insisted a restocking fee would be applied as they do not hold stock of any goods and they have to be sent back to their supplier. The Consumer Contracts Regulation Act still covers the purchaser against restocking fees, so when pointed out several times and threatened with legal action a full refund was made.

Glossop Awnings - I just wanted to pass on our thanks for the very swift and efficient service we received when the blow up sleeve on our blow up porch awning (Vango Riviera 330 Pro), of which we had only used 3 times, burst. It happened over a weekend so contacted yourselves on the following Monday and received the new part on the Wednesday. We also had to contact you on an earlier occasion regarding the valve on the foot pump not working, again we received swift service and a new pump was delivered within days.
We cannot fault the service we have received and will definitely recommend your company to others.
Thank you once again for making our life so much easier. Unfortunately not everyone passes on praise so it is nice to pass on our appreciation.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this awning and Quality Caravan Awnings offered the best price around and the product was in stock, which is good as most of the other companies I contacted or researched the order had to be placed and they could not provide a delivery time, this was the same situation last year when I tried to buy a different make of awning. I was really pleased with the quick service and the awning was despatched almost immediately and received in a couple of days. Although we have been unable to try out the awning due to the weather, I’m sure we will be very happy with it. We are looking forward to getting away at the next opportunity, hopefully this month and then I can put up a review about this particular awning which is the Kensington Camptech awning.

This is the second time I've used Quality Caravan Awnings to purchase Thule products. The service and products are both excellent!

Came on two separate day’s, did contact C/Service and had a reply very quickly with chase up email, I am very impressed with it,
Used in November on first trip out and very easy instructions to follow do to poles numbered, awning has made the caravan twice the size so wife very happy, free storm straps a added bonus.
Will be using the web site again if need anything else do to the quick delivery and response to questions.

I purchased an Atlantis dl awning after seeing one on a caravan sited in Portugal, The delivery and service in the UK was extremely good. Would recommend the company to everyone.

We are super pleased with our purchase of this awning
It is very presentable looks great when we pull up to the caravan now. It was a great price with the storm straps included. It took 3 of us to erect the first time around but instructions were understandable and we managed it in about 2.5 hours. It’s great with the large windows and curtains. Has given us lots of extra space for our seasonal pitch. Delivery very prompt.
