I'm in love with the fabric! It's incredibly soft and comfortable, exactly what I was looking for!

Received wrong package and Lynn worked well with me to ensure that the right order is going through and being sent to me. Shirts are great quality and can’t wait to get my exact size in so I can wear them out and about!

I'm absolutely impressed with the outstanding quality of these shirts, especially given the amazing price point : ) I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Waited almost a month for two shirts...super small. Not even close to fitting. Contacted the company for a refund or exchange. No refunds are given. Offered to send an additional shirt.

I would recommend going to a local store that offers exchanges and refunds.

The fabric is excellent, and the stitching is top-notch. Special thanks to Lynn for her expectational help with the order.

I contacted them with a question, and they repliedd very promptly. They also quickly resolved an issue with one of my orders to ensure my complete satisfaction, their professionalism and attentiveness were really impressive.

I have to say, the team did a fantastic job.. my order arrived promptly, but there was a size mix up. Not to worry though they're already on it and fixing it swiftly. Their customer service is outstanding! For future buyers, I would recommend checking the size chart carefully and considering ordering a size up of you're unsure! Overall, highly recommend. Can't wait to receive the right size!

I purchased 4 shirts from Acewonders. The quality of the shirts is excellent but they seem to run small. I'm usually an XL in slim but the 2XL was tight. I reached out to them and Lynn who had helped me with a shipping issue earlier got back to me about their policy but promised to send me out 4 replacement shirts 4XL free of charge which IMO is extremely generous considering other small businesses out there might either give you the run around or ghost you entirely! Can't wait to get the replacements and wear the shirts.

I've made and order, and paid; I was expecting a long delivery timeframe because it comes from China, so after 3 weeks patiently waiting I've asked for an update, and found it was never processed and sent on the first place.

I had to wait for almost another entire month to get my shirt delivered, to find:

1. It was of the incorrect colour
2. The size is ridiculously small compared with typical western sizing
3. It is by far not as elastic as it is show in their adverting

After asking to send the right shirt again, I was asked by Lynn to give a 5 star review including Lynn's name on it and send back a screenshot for confirmation... I wasn't told this explicitly but it was implicit before they would be sending the parcel once again, to which I answered only after I get the correct parcel.

After that total radio silence, never got my parcel.

Do not waste your time and go for shirts with higher percentage of elastane, from a company with better logistics and customer support.

I want to update my experience with Acewonders. I recently wrote a less favorable review concerning this company. After they becoming aware of my situation, not having received my shirts, they contacted me the very next day. Acewonders not only got right on it and delivered my shirts but they guided me on the right size due to the sizes being different that American sizes. Let me say, these shirts are absolutely fabulous in fit, quality and feel. Thanks Ace for making me whole.

I wanted to share my experience with this company, which turned out to be unexpectedly positive. Despitew some initial chalenges, I'm giving it 5 stars because of the exceptional service I received. Initially, I encountered delays with shipping, waiting over 2 months to receive my order. Additionally, upon arrival, the items were unfortunately the wrong size. However, when I reached out to customer service, I was pleasantly surprised by their willingness to rectify the situation. Although I was initially told that the shirts couldn't be returned, the representative assured me that they would send me two shirts in the correct size, regardless of my review. Despite my reluctance to leave a 5 stars review due to my dissatisfaction, the representative clarified that the resolution was not dependent on a review... True to their word. i received the replacement shirts promptly. Furthermore, I appreciate the absence of any follow-up emails, and I'm pleased that they resolved the issue without any further ado. Overall, despite the initial challenges, I'm thoroughlyy satisfied with the outcome and would recommend this company for their exceptional service.

I liked the shirts that I bought, and the post-sales service as well, as I needed their support and wanted to be helpful.

Appreciate the quality shirts! They came in a bit small, but thankfully I could exchange them for larger sizes hassle free. Remember to go two sizes up when ordering. Thanks a bunch!

The shirts I ordered for my man turned out to be way too small, and normally they don't do returns or exchange. But surprisingly, they offered to send us a couple of larger shirts at no extra cost. I gotta say, that's some solid customer service right there. Much appreciated!

The product quality is commendable; however, it's worth noting that the size run's smaller then normal size and be advisable to consider ordering two sizes above your usual. While the delivery timeframe extended slightly to 3 weeks, the packaging was securely done. I also appreciate the prompt attention and assistance provided by Customer Service Representative Lynn in addressing my concerns regarding my sizes.

Good items quality, although the size is smaller than the normal size in UK, consider to order two sizes above yours! The deliver took a bit longer than the normal, 3 weeks but it was well packed! Customer service Lynn was promptly attentive to resolve my issue with the size and delivery!
