The customer service was phenomenal from start to finish, Lynn was super helpful throughout the whole process with questions etc. the product is a great value for the cost and looks great too!

The shirts I have received look great and made with quality materials. Unfortunately the size of the shirts was quite small.When I approached them about it I got a quick and satisfying result from Lynn who was great.

Issue #1: I ordered three shirts in my size (large). When I ordered the three shirts, a fourth shirt was inadvertently added. I could not remove the shirt from my cart. I immediately emailed my concern. The company answered with, "We will refund you for the inadvertent added shirt". Six weeks later I still have not received a refund.
Issue #2: I received my shirts; however, sizing is not consistent with traditional shirt sizes. So, the shirts were too small. I emailed asking to exchange the three shirt. I was quickly emailed back and was told, "No exchanges permitted per policy". They did tell me that they would give me 1 shirt in my size as a result of this issue.
This company should permit shirt exchanges. I will not purchase clothing from this company again. In addition, I will warn everyone I talk with about this company's unprofessional clothing change policy.

Lynn is working to help rectify; however, she is limited in what she can do as a result of the company policy.

Company does not sell what they advertise. Shirts don't have any stretch and are very uncomfortable. Product comes from China. Save your money and don't fall for this scam of a company!!!

I love Ace wonders because they have quality clothing And I appreciate their customer service. I had a small problem with a shirt and their policy is no return. But their agents and staff made things right and I appreciate that.

The shirts are very nice. The shipping time was longer than preferred. However, the customer service is great. I ordered 7 shirts and they were all too small. They don't take returns but offered to send me 2 shirts for my inconvenience.

I can't express enough how impressed I am with Lynn's handling of my exchange request. In my entire adult life spent in the customer service arena, I can tell her level of care stands out. I recently purchased a product and found it to be of high quality,, although there was a discrepancy with the sizes. However, thanks to Lynn's helpful assistance, the issue was promptly resolved.. I'm grateful for her support and will definitely be making another purchase in the future.

Acewonders are fantastic and are great at follow on emails, for example shirts did fit so they responded quickly and are sending shirts that fit. Usually this is drawn out, however Acewonders were quick to remedy the situation. Great Business attitude!

Understand where your product comes from and you can write a true honest review. These ship from overseas and so they take a while to get here but they are good shirts! The material is awesome, they do run small and due to logistics they cannot take returns but their customer support is great! They helped me out and arranged new shirt sizes for me. Customer support is gold with a company like this. Will definitely buy again. Just order ahead of time to make sure shipping is accounted for.

I recently placed an order for 5 shirts from this company and was pleased that they arrived on time... while the quality of the shirts is good, I did find that they run smaller than I expected, especially since I ordered 2XL. But the customer service has been incredibly helpful in addressing this issue and arranging a recorder with larger sizes. Thanks to Lynn, for great communication and assistance!
