SCAMMERS - I ordered a jacket coming up to a year now- I never received it , their support email has only provided excuses to delay .. i asked for a refund - not been done or acknowledged and my last email to them bounced back . Learnt the hard way . Save yourselves the $$ and avoid at all costs. I think the website has also been removed since

The worst consumer experience I’ve witnessed. Ordered 5 t-shirts in May 2025 and still not received them as of January 2026. I’ve emailed multiple times and “Lynn” keeps apologising stating they are working on it. I’m now in the process of emailing the money saving expert Martin Lewis and will be telling my story on every possible social media platform.

I ordered a coat last December. A month in to the waiting for the delivery, I emailed them and received a message they apologized, it was lost in shipment and would be corrected. Another month and another and another of me following up with them and it’s always an excuse. They haven’t responded to the last couple of emails sent.

Completely awful company! It’s been over a year since that order was placed. I just asked to have a credit or refunded to make it right but business ethics don’t seem to align with that so figured it was my due diligence to warn others that prepared to be scammed.

Do better and be better.

I ordered a jacket several months ago and still have not received a jacket. Assuming I’ve been scammed. I’ve been in email contact and that clearly hasn’t helped. Super frustrating!!!

Bought 2 elastic shirt with them in July still haven't received it. After several emails they responded with some AI apologies and that they will refund me my money. Since then crickets. Paypal even sided with them twice

I ordered from this store twice before and received the products as described and excellent quality for the price I paid. Granted, they came from overseas which explains the long wait times. HOWEVER, I placed a third order back in March (8 MONTHS AGO) and I've requested a status update MULTIPLE times since, to which they nicely replied and said they'd elevate my concern and let me know when they have an update. They say that EVERY time, and I never received an update. I finally requested a refund 3 weeks ago was told I'd receive it in a matter of days, never received it, inquired on its status, and they since finally went completely silent. I was a loyal supporter of this merchant, but they have clearly given up. I would NOT recommend purchasing from them.

Took my money and never delivered my product. Automated email response suggesting that they understand my frustrations. No working company phone and now their website is unavailable.

Very bad experience…I’ve ordered 6 months ago and I cancelled the order.but still I didn’t receive any of my refunds..still blabbering when asking for the refund

It will be a year soon that Lynn (the residetn BOT) tells me that she (it's ) is sorry... and that she understands my frustration. An auto reply will most probably be added to my text. It will says that they truly understand my frustration bla bla bla...

I would give it a 0 if possible. I received a defective item, probably a manufacture error. I ordered a jacket that was way too long and sleeves were short. It was not as described on the website. After multiple back and forth emails, customer service offered a full refund back in March 2025. We are now approaching the month of October and I keep receiving the same excuses, that my refund is still being processed. Customer service is a complete sham, I don’t even think it’s a real person answering my emails. They clearly do not stand by their products, really not worth the risk.

Do not order from this website. I ordered February 1st and still haven't received anything. All answers from Customer Service Center are excuses for warehouse issues. Refund was promised on August 4th within 9 days. Nothing happened and website meanwhile is unavailable!

I ordered a shirt 3 months ago i have texted the company but no response !!!

I for a year have tried to receive my purchase or my refund. I got neither and now the website is gone. I was scammed. No coat no refund. I just gave away $60.00 that bothers me so very much because I work very hard for my money and I don't have much of it. I fell in love with a coat that I paid for with my hard earned money. Fought to either be refunded or receive my purchase. Was given the run around and promised I would receive either my refund or my coat. Now the website and fake company is gone. And there is nothing I can do about it. I just gave away my money. It's infuriating. Thank you,

It would be more appropriate to give a 0 stars.

Ordered 1st February 2025, chased twice and had response. No item and no refund.

A bot responds to all the bad reviews asking you to respond to their email, there is no email.

The clothing does not appear to exist, the website link no longer works so likely never going to see item or funds. They won’t refund and you can’t chargeback as they leave it in pending.

This company needs to be dealt with. I really should have checked them out before I purchased but some reviews say they did receive something. Most did not, and certainly not for months.

Scammers. Do not order from Ace Wonders. They do not ship or deliver. I have been waiting over seven months for an update. The only reply I get from their support email account is an excuse that they're having warehouse and supply issues.

Promised a refund in 6-9 days directly after my review of Acewonders on 4th August 2025 - for an order placed in May 2025. As yet no refund has been received. Save your money, do not order from this website.

Never received my order. First enquiry was answered but I was told there was issues with supply. A second enquiry was submitted nearly 3 months after order placed. I have requested a refund but have not had any response. Be careful ordering anything from this company.

Finally, shorts that don’t ride up. Comfy to walk in, stay put all day, and actually look cute too.

Absolute FRAUDSTER. Don't think they actually deliver anything. I think it's an online BOT who responds to our complaints. All reviews say the same. 3 months wait, fighting to get a refund, all issues dealt by someone called LYNN.
Bloody SCAM

They never shipped my order in 5 months. “Lynn” is the “one” who replies to everyone. After 2 months, I contacted support, or “Lynn”, saying I had not received my order and it had not been shipped. They said don’t worry they are backed up on orders. Another 2 months, I email again. They said they will provide me with tracking asap. Another month goes by, and I told them to give me a refund IMMEDIATELY. Crickets. They will not respond and I can’t dispute it with my bank. FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!
