Ordered items a month ago have yet to receive anything , customer service is not good at all. STILL waiting for a response, still waiting for a confirmation email that they have shipped anything. Poor excuse for a company that offers 10-20 day shipping within US.

Do not ever order from this website. If I could give them a negative rating I would. I ordered two items on February 27, 2025. Within a few days they let me know that the items were on backorder. Since one of the items was a winter item and a gift I told him I no longer wanted it and I requested a refund. That was on March 3, 2025. Lynn from Ace wonders wrote me back and told me that it would take 5 to 12 business days for my refund to come in. it’s now May 7, 2025 and I’ve received nothing. And all they keep doing is telling me they’re talking to their finance department and she’ll get back to me and blah blah blah. Do not ever order from them again!

I placed an order in NOV/DEC timeframe and they had no issues taking my money. For 2 months they kept saying they couldn’t deliver telling me they had high demand for my purchased items.
After being very patient, I asked for a refund back on March 20 and it is now May 5th no refund!! All I just keep getting is apologies and excuses.

Scam company
Scam company, I brought something at the beginning of February. After two months of the item not being shipped and lots of emails saying, "we appreciate your patience" and "I will update you as soon as I hear anything" I asked for a refund. Now two months later and with many more emails of a similar nature, "I'm sorry for you experience" and "Ill escalate this to the finance team" .. how many times can one escalate something to the finance team? 6 or 7 times in two months is my record. No product or Refund after 4 months of waiting.
Please don't buy from them, they respond with well written emails, but they are lies to hold you off while they take your money.

We are now into May and still no product or refund.
This company is a fraud so not purchase from them. I guarantee that within hours of my review, they will respond that I am their top priority and then several reviews will go up to keep their Star Score high. You can go back and look at every review I have done and it’s the same process.
They are lying to their customers and they are lying to review platforms. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

If I could give a negative rating I would! I ordered a coat on February 10th. I still haven't received the coat. I have contacted Lynn numerous times and even though she repeatedly tells me that a refund is on its way, I have yet to see it. Acewonders is a joke. I looked at the negative reviews and decided against my better judgement to order anyways. Never again and I hope none of you do either!

Worst experience. I ordered a Jacket in August of 2024. We are in April of 2025 and I still haven't received a refund for the product I never received. I have received a bunch of responses from "Lynn" promising that she's taking care of it. Lynn is doing nothing.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience — no delivery, no communication
I ordered a jacket from Acewonders about a month ago and have still not received anything. I’ve sent multiple follow-up emails but have had no response whatsoever. It’s incredibly frustrating to be left completely in the dark after spending my money in good faith.
At this point, I just want some clarity — either a proper update or a refund. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend ordering from this company unless you’re prepared for long delays and poor customer service.

Long shipping delay, disappointing quality.
I ordered shoes and a cute jacket in January. Shipping took more than three months and only happened after I asked for my money back. While the shoes are cute and fit, the jacket is huge and arrived with a hole inside the right pocket. I'm a size S and the jacket is two sizes too large. It does not have a label so I can't verify that the size they sent me is accurate. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

I have ordered from this website numerous times. I work for a Bank. So the dress shirts are great for work. Very professional. But everytime I purchase my order gets forgotten or missed. I placed my order # AW524369 Jan 19th 2025. Two months ago. No email that it has shipped or when it will ship. I send email inquiries only to be ignored. Then I have to make a poor review like this one to finally get someone to help me. Shipping time and communication with this website is horrible. Great dress shirts tho. Love the product. I waited two months to receive my…
I waited two months to receive my order. I placed several calls which went unreturned. I did receive a few emails saying I was a priority but when the my order arrived and I was dissatisfied, I never got a reply. I wear a size large and ordered an extra large. The shirts that were shipped to me were about the size of a medium. After waiting over a week for a response, I have given the shirts away.
