I ordered the black California style…
I ordered the black California style jacket in January. I have never received a tracking number. I have sent at least 10 emails, and most go unanswered. There is no phone number to actually speak with a rep from the company. I would rate this company a zero, but that’s not an option. Not sure if it’s necessary to say, but I have not received my order or any explanation as to why it hasn’t shipped. I have also requested a refund, but email went unanswered as well. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from here.

Complete scam. Once I made my order, they said 45 days to send due to “higher than expected order volumes” I ordered a winter jacket I will not be able to wear. I am now still waiting 2 months to get the jacket. I have asked for a refund 3x and they keep asking me to wait and not cancel. I will be reporting this to Visa today and the better business bureau to report them. This is a scam company. Buyer beware. Do not purchase anything.

I just received the "plush" winter…
I just received the "plush" winter jacket. Almost 2mos from ordering. Its a completely different jacket. From how thin it is, to the generic rainbow design, to the zipper, everything about it is false. Buyer beware. I just asked for a refund and a return at thir expense. Let's see if it happens. This is why ordering from companies online is deeming to be a hassle. This is happening more and more. I wish we could upload pictures to compare the ad to the real thing. This company won't last much longer.
Update: It is now May 5th and I STILL get the "we've escalated this issue to our account team. Sorry for inconvenience." Blah blah blah. It's gotta be an automated response. It's the same one every time. You're stealing from people! Give us back our money!

Bought a jacket (not cheap by the way) in Jan, by Feb my order was not shipped and I contact them by email, they stated it will be delayed and I asked my refund. Now the order was shipped and my refund was not made due a misunderstanding, which clearly is they do what is better for them and not for the customer.

Long Delays Advised Consistently Items Received After PayPal Dispute Made
45 day delay advised on purchase receipt. When I advised customer service email address that I wanted the order cancelled, my shirts became 'in stock' and due to be shipped in '2-5 days' and able to be delivered to me in '2-3 weeks'. I agreed this slight delay was acceptable. A few days after the revised shipping date had expired, I had received no update and requested shipping details. Then I was advised of more delays due to internal company issues with no revised shipping date. I have since emailed Acewonders that I consider my order cancelled and started dispute case with PayPal. I felt 'strung along' with verbose empty promise platitudes and have me wondering if I will ever get a refund for goods not received. Nil communication since I cancelled the purchase (nothing had been delivered).
*Update post Acewonders response*: I had already contacted the 'support' email multiple times, with my order number in the Subject heading before posting this review. The Acewonders reactionary response tells me to do what I have already done multiple times without any responses. Zero Stars with that reply Acewonders, seems to me like the 'appearance' of customer service, opposed to the real thing (getting what I paid for in the agreed time frame)...
**Update #2** Since putting in a PayPal dispute and this review, my order had shipping details made, but not shipped until about 6 days later, and then arrived a few days after that (under 2 weeks). I'm not sure the cost is worth the product (I can't replicate that stretch in the video) and the anti-wrinkle is not amazing compared to my other shirts. But asking for a refund and return seems high risk noting everything so far.

Ordered 3 shirts based on their size chart in November 2024, in January they still hadn’t arrived so I asked for a refund. I was assured they were “on their way” even though there was no tracking number. They arrived late February 2025, & they were extremely small. I contacted them the day they arrived asking for a refund. They said they do not refund after a product has been delivered. I had asked for a refund several times before they shipped & still couldn’t get one. They offered 1 replacement shirt in a 2XL, not 3! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE, I won’t even call it a company because I think it’s a scam!

Generally I don’t buy from these types of companies, but the wife really wanted this jacket. So I folded and went for it. Ordered it beginning of February, someone promised to put it in the “ urgent “ pile and said a few days ago they would send tracking number asap, but no response of course. I would hope they are shipping it / shipped it and it will arrive soon, but I think that’s not going to happen. I’d say be careful and not be in any hurry to get your order.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY; IT IS A TOTAL SCAM. Let me be clear: in the fine print, they state it can take up to 45 days to ship, and for you to receive a refund, the item must be returned within that same timeframe. I recently purchased a jacket, but due to their payment glitch, I was charged for two jackets. I contacted the company immediately via email, and they assured me they would issue a refund in 5 to 7 days. As I expected from a dishonest company, I never received my refund, and they shipped the second jacket knowing full well it should not have been sent. I have reached out to them countless times with no response. I have now escalated my complaint to the Attorney General, and this company will be flagged to prevent them from preying on more people.
