I have not received my refund.
I have not received my refund. It's been over two weeks and there support say 5 to 7 business day. I believe they scammed me out of $175.00 buyers beware. Here's a copy of the message they send with no action to date.

I ordered from them over a month ago…
I ordered from them over a month ago and still have not received my item. I reached out asking for an order number or tracking number because I never received one, and their response was:
“Thank you for your patience, and we apologize sincerely for the delay in delivering your order.
Due to an unexpected backlog at our fulfillment center, combined with temporary changes in our quality control process, shipping has been slower than usual. We recently enhanced our quality standards to ensure each product meets the high standards you expect from Acewonders, which requires additional handling time for every order. This change, alongside a higher order volume, has caused a longer wait time than anticipated.
Our team is working hard to speed up processing, and we’re doing everything possible to complete your delivery soon. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and we’ll keep you updated on your order status.”
I just wanted a tracking or order number. Very unhappy with this company and now I am wondering if I got ripped off.

Everything crappy said about this…
Everything crappy said about this company is accurate. Luckily, my jacket only took a month to receive, many others are waiting a half year to receive their orders. The quality is terrible, I spent $50 for a lake blue jacket and when it arrived I tried it on- you can tell how cheaply it's made. There is no lining in the arms or anywhere else. There is a lining on the hoodie, which is nice I guess. I would have received a better product from Temu or Shein.

Horrible product
If I could give a negative star I would. After almost 2 months of waiting and the amount that was paid, I’m highly disgusted with the product I received. Ordered 2 jackets, size XL and XXL as I was afraid they might fit smaller. After receiving, my 8 year old nephew couldn’t even fit in either!!! Worst product and they won’t let me return! Do NOT waste your time or money with this company.

I ordered a jacket on the 28th of December- I did not receive an order confirmation - nothing about shipping. I emailed them via pay pal, along with my own personal email. Lyn responded on Jan 15th- telling me something about backlogs, quality control and order volume. I have reached out for updates on the process- but it’s nothing but crickets. I am about to file a claim with Pay Pal, simply due to the fact that my order is in limbo and I feel like I am corresponding with ghosts.

Great clothing with comfortable fit for smaller bodied folks!
Order number AW523350. I was gifted a shirt from Ace wonders and I loved the fit and color, so with that I ordered a ton of shirts long sleeve and short sleeve as well as some pants. When trying to check my tracking number on the site I come up unsuccessful with “no order found” at this point I’m on week 2 after ordering and can’t even track my shipment. I don’t believe in bad reviews but honest feedback. Ace Wonders please make sure my order is sent to my address within reasonable time since I can’t check my order status.

I ordered the work shirts and they were sadly too small (make sure you go 2-3 sizes above your normal size!) The shirts were actually quite nice, and I've given them to a friend, but when I mentioned this to them, they sent me a free shirt in my proper size as a compensation so that was lovely of them.
